    Evening all :)

Meh I'm finding it so hard to motivate myself! I cant stop eating and I feel like its all the wrong stuff! My syns are coming from odd, piddly little things and I feel like I should be doing so much better. I hope tomorrow is a good day, I'm dying for some body magic!

    Today's menu:
B: 2 Tesco Wheat Biscuits (HEXB) HEXA skimmed milk, chopped banana, NAS cordial and mineral water
L: SW pasta carbonara (sauce made with 4 melted Laughing Cow Extra Light triangles which I synned as I used most of my milk on my breakfast - 4 syns) big bowl of mixed salad with fat free vinegarette, cherry Mullerlight, NAS cordial and mineral water
T: Jacket potato with tuna and beans and steamed mixed veg, apple, NAS cordial and mineral water
    S: 2 x pink and whites
    Total syns: 9
    Hope everyone is ok xx

  • WI for me tonight,

WEEK TWO 3 1/2 off for me please shala :)

Seems I was worrying about nothing, really didn't expect quite as much, so I got my 1/2 stone award, and slimmer of the week (so got a bag of dodgy fruit).

Definitely not going to force myself to eat breakfasts any more :p
  • Oh dear I've been so on-plan for most of this week then went to a friends today and had lots of sweeties, homemade flapjack (some of which I was forced to bring home so they didn't eat it all!) and pizza. WI tomorrow so hopefully it won't hijack it too much... really want a loss this week after my big gain last week!

Thanks Maman, I counted 3 for the white bread.
The sausages were thickish ones certainly not thin, anyway I:D used 2 for Hex B would that be ok or should I syn them as well?

I don't think you can have sausages as HEX on Green so you'd have to syn them.

Thank you Maman - the soup is just Butternut squash, onion, garlic, ginger and chillies. I batch cook in the pressure cooker and I also add fat free natural yog to taste. The cripbreads are Al?i special. :rotfl:

For Aldi's, you can have 4 of the Rye ones or 3 of the Sesame as a HEB.

The soup sounds great and is perfectly free, suprefree even.:T

I was wondering whether it might be worth you going along to just one class and getting new books. Just a thought.:)

I'm thinking I might just go to a class myself tomorrow evening (can't do my usual on Thursday) and just weigh and go. I think I'm managing to maintain OK but it does help to keep me on track.

Thanks guys, well it's a no brainer; I shall purchase Reveal ASAP. Last night I went to a class called "dancercise", not being a regular participant of said activity it was with slight trepidation. I thought the usual "is it going to be full of the body beautiful...?" So I was pleasantly surprised that there was a good cross section, phew. The class was new so good for beginners, but the main problem was although my mind was willing, my body wasn't. There was a few jumping related activities and my knees could not cope!:j:j:j. The smilies were definitely not me. I won't be able to return next week as it's a course of 6, and I can only make 3. Shame as I quite enjoyed it.

    Menu:
B: porridge (with water) I drink so much tea I need my milk for this.
    Snack: banana
L: Soup again; really enjoyed so no hardship. With additional something probably crispbread related
D: Salmon with roasted veg and jac pot

Snack: pineapple, apple, kiwi, satsumas and ff yog.

    bye for now x
