Had rather too many wine syns yesterday so need to cut back a bit over the next few days to stay within syns for the week. It won't be too much cutting back, just back to 10 which completely doable as I won't need any more wine syns during that time!!!

    Today is another EE day:

B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB) (cooked by DH!); banana; melon pieces
    L - ham salad
D - roast beef, roast potatoes, veg.

Syns: butter 3.5 (DH put butter on my toast which I don't normally do with scrambled eggs)
    Fruit split lolly 3

  • I ended up drinking at the dinner last night... but trying to be good today and stay within syns to make up for it. I have 2 long days at work coming up so I will make sure I take lots of free/low syn food to eat. Really want another loss this week.

Going back to stuff I've posted

Food waste - tbh it tends to be stuff like bread she leaves say 1/4 of a sandwich? Something that can't be cut down on or the other day it was a teacake she left which I'd of previously scoffed? Meal wise she's hit and miss? She generally has what I'm having so to scoff her veg isn't a problem though not often she leaves veg :)

Target weight - I wasn't sure if there was a science behind calling target? A family member has been trying to get her target for at least 6 months and is current 1 on 2 off etc and isn't any nearer what she's saying is her target? I picked 6 stone randomly but obviously I may call target sooner or not then? Quite liked having a club 10 to aim for truthfully - I like having a finish line to aim for with most things :)

Hugs for losers and double hugs for anyone with a toad

Ps today I met two of Father Christmases reindeer actual reindeer!!!

They were at the Norfolk Show ground yesterday too.

    For Shala - wk3 -1.6lb
Would have preferred to lose what I gained but still a loss is a loss :D

Still hanging in here, mum now into wk 6 of hospital with no sign of release :( so still up in the air meal wise. Will try my best though.

Hope we are all ok on the way home I looked at the Morrisons Christmas magazine it has some lovely recipes in but all no use at all to any of us I also found myself really wanting the stuff in there I wonder if that was because I was reading it or cos the journey was long or just because you know. Anyway why I have mentioned it is I think that magazine and those of the same ilk may be the last straw to make me scoff if I was having a bad day (so am going to steer clear of them until Christmas at least!) I thought some of us may feel like it as well so just giving everyone a heads up over the gorgeous recipes my dears!
Read these recipes at your peril ! lol

Oh well that went worse than expected!

    B; fruit salad & yoghurt (up & dressed by 7am on a Snday?! :( )

Late Lunch; fried mushrooms & potato slices in paprika covered in garlic sauce :o Small mug of Gluhwein :o

    Morning All,

Hope you are all well? Seems like lots of good trips to Christmas Markets and the like with yummy food.

I'd a not bad weekend - but not good foodwise - lots of drink, party food and a Chinese last night. A full fat tin of Coke as well for my hangover!

So as usual trying to claw back for thurs. Anyway it does generally seem to work for me so I'm not getting too bothered about it.

    B: Muller & 2 Kiwis
L: 2 Nimble & Ham toasted with scrape of butter, 2 Satsumas

D: Some sort of pasta with lots of veg & he cheese

    Good luck to all today:)

Hi everyone, yesterday wasn't too bad had a red day which included a lovely roast. Added 2 syns for the gravy and syned the pots as I had an extra one.

    Today

B: porridge (with water) skimmed mlk Hea
    L: mushroom omelette
    D: SW carbonara

snacks: banana, fruit and aldi benefit bar (must look up syns)

Eaten so many fruit and veg that I must do a trolley dash for more. Will weigh myself tomorrow on my scales as this for me was my start day, and hopefully will also have lost when I WI on Thurs.

Change of circs, I am off to "dancersize" this evening - hope it eventually helps with my size :rotfl:
