    Hello lovelies x

JPP - have I got the chart wrong? I've got you down as losing 9lbs! (-2,-4,-3) fab loss though :T

    Mildredd - amazing loss again!!

    RFD - well done!

Well my day started off with biscuits for breakfast and a muller corner for lunch :o.. I didn't eaten that much else though so hopefully it won't make too much of a dent!

My dinner was better - Spanish chicken bake, with lots of roast veg and a big salad..

Tomorrow i'll plan better (and there's no biscuits left at work!)

    have a good day xx

    4lb loss please Shala:j

evening all :) had a busy couple of days. It was my club ladies day yesterday and I was so good! I got plenty of people telling me how good I was being and a few remarks about how good I looked. I didn't eat much though because I was so nervous about my player's first full game back! I needn't have worried, he did fine and we got a much needed win. And then there was the pink shirt auction- I didn't win but I got plenty of hugs to make up for it :) there's a lovely pic of me and my player which to be fair a few months back I wouldn't have liked so much at the same angle but I look a lot better now :) I'm so happy with my loss. Didn't expect such a big loss :j I'm only 1lb off my 1.5 stone and 3lbs off my club 10.. And 4lbs off a 4 stone loss :j :j
    Menus from yesterday and today:
    Yesterday:
B: scrambled eggs on HEXB Nimble with a scraping of spread ( 1.5 syns) cup of coffee with HEXA skimmed milk
L: Lean beef, carrots, red cabbage, potatoes, cup of coffee with HEXA milk
Treats: 2 vodka and Diet Cokes (5 syns)
T: Chicken (no skin) Aunt Bessie's Homestyle Roast potatoes (2.5 syns) 1 Sainsburys Basics frozen Yorkshire pudding (2 syns) steamed mixed veg, cherry Mullerlight, pint of NAS cordial.
    Today's menu:
B: 2 Tesco Wheat Biscuits (HEXB) skimmed milk (HEXA) chopped banana, pint of NAS cordial
L: Ham salad with fat free vinegarette, pint of NAS cordial
Snack at group: 2 bananas and a 6 syn chocolate HiFi bar, cup of NAS cordial
T: Sainsburys Be Good to Yourself Mediterranean Vegetable Bake (2 syns) jacket potato with a bit of light spread (1.5 syns) steamed mixed veg, cherry Mullerlight, NAS cordial
    Sunday's syns: 10.5
    Today's syns: 9.5
    Hope everyone's ok xx

  • Well done RFD! We are doing charity collections at work, and it's amazing what people are putting in... today someone put £40 in!

    Today was an ok day:

no breakfast so grabbed some sushi in the shop (1.5)
lunch - mugshot, rapsberries, apple snack bag
dinner - sweet and sour chicken (3), apple
    snacks - velvet crunch (4), 2 alpen light (B), laughing cow (a) and 2 ryvita (2), mango

So not as syn free as I'd like, but I have eaten a lot of fruit to counteract it! Probably a similar day tomorrow as no time to go food shopping properly so I'll have to run into tesco before work again. The sweet and sour chicken wasn't as nice as the chilled one though so not sure what I'll get tomorrow... the tikka masala is 8 syns!

  • Hi all, sorry I haven't been around much lately. I've found it really difficult getting back into SW after having family staying and all sorts of unhealthy stuff on offer. However, I'm now back at work and intending to go back to wi on Wed, so hopefully can move on.

My WI for last week was + 3.5 Still not too concerned as lost loads the week before this challenge started so have still lost overall from my last official SW WI, but would like to see a downward trend again.

    Today:
B porridge made with water , banana and custard muller lite and chopped banana
    Apple
L baked jacket spud with cheese and beans
T pasta, sauce with anchovies, tomatoes, chillies and a bit of oil 2.5 s
Evening slice of fruit cake, glass red wine
I haven't added up the syns for the fruitcake and wine but must be well over

Tomorrow will be difficult as going to cinema and then out to eat with girlfriends - Pizza Hut has been suggested.

Good night all and stay strong.

Beanie - magic porridge: place HEX B of porridge in bowl, stir through a Mullerlight (whatever flavour you want) and leave in fridge overnight. Eat for breakfast.

If you prefer your porridge hot, as I do, then I soak porridge in water for about 10 minutes in the morning, cook in microwave for 2 minutes, stir through Mullerlight (I usually use vanilla but you can use whatever you fancy) then microwave again for 15 seconds to warm the yoghurt through. You can add sweetner if you want to but I don't find it necessary.

Obviously if you're doing EE you should have some fruit with it or after it.

    I'm doing EE today:

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans
    L - ham salad sandwich (HEX B)
D - lasagne (with plenty of SFs in the sauce); will syn some cheese to go on the top - 3 (will use 40g low fat split between 2 of us; also 1 syn for sauce flour

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    Syns: cheese 3; sauce flour 1; fruit split lolly 3 = 7
Will eat some fruit for snacks and possibly a Mullerlight if I need it.

    Have a good day everyone.
