Morning all, congratulations to all the losers :T.
I'm still on plan, but should actually eat a little bit more, things have been so unorganised this week food wise. Anyway it was WI last night,

I am happy to just be losing, but I am going to try a little harder this week.

I ate an entire can of Pringles yesterday.... and a doughnut
B; pudding rice & ff yoghurt
L; use up leftover mash & veggies with veggie sausages
D; chix kiev (8), sw chips & baked beans
HEa - milk in tea, HEb - Hi-Fi bar this evening with a cuppa

A few wine syns found there way into my mouth last night, courtesy of my DH! Need to be a bit better today as already up to 106 syns for the week. Plans for today are EE again:
B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB), no butter; banana; melon pieces
L - jacket potato; baked beans; salad with FF dressing
D - 2 x Tesco cumberland sausages (old stock so still 0.5 each) 1; mashed potato, broccoli, brussels
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
Syns: sausages 1; possibly a fruit split this evening 3 - so either 1 or 4 syns today;
Snacks: banana; satsuma; melon pieces; Mullerlight yoghurt
WI for me tomorrow but expecting a gain! As long as it's only 1/2lb or lb I'll be OK as still in target.

Still 6 cans in the loft for Christmas :eek: - DH & I ate 6 before I started SW - I went out & bought some yesterday & yes they were nice0

Its done & over with now - put them out of your head! At least you enjoyed them though. I'm hoping I've now gotten my binge out of the way before concentrating on getting 10 lbs off for Christmas.
Mildred - thanks, doing slightly better now - but still bad moments so taking each day as it comes. Well done on your weightloss so far in this challenge :T0
