    Not a good WI for me today - +2lb! I expected a gain but didn't think it would be more than 1lb. Will draw a line under the week and start again from now.

    Today will be EE:

    B - banana - after WI
    L - mixed sushi 2syns; Sausage sandwich (HEB +4.5 syns); satsuma; melon
    D - HM chicken curry (with loads of veg); rice

    HEA - milk in tea throughout the day

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    3.5lbs gain for me!:eek:

    And it's not going to get better any time soon. I'm just going to keep plodding on, eating 100% SW whenever I'm in control of what I eat. I'm sure it'll work out over time. I'm dead on my target weight now, so not all bad.

    tbear, if you're happy with the size you've achieved then call target. You could take a short break, try to keep eating as SW as possible, and then in new year (when there will be free membership tokens around I'm sure) you can rejoin or just try to lose a bit more on your own. I do think you need to weigh weekly though (preferably at Boots rather than daily;)) otherwise you might just stay from SW principles too much.

    Started off badly with a HUGE bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes :o

    Just had penne, baked beans & cheese (Hea)
    Dinner is fish (HEb), rice & peas

    Then bed :o For the first time in 10 months, DD had us up last night. Not sure if it was bad dreams or what, but I didn't get back to sleep after the 2nd time, so been up since 4.45am :(

    Consultant has just texted me to say 4.5lbs until the next stone - can I do it before Christmas? I bloody hope so, & it's spurred me on to get back on track this week & try to lose at least 1.5lbs! Not sure that's possible after everything I've eaten the last 2 days though :(

    Thanks Mildredd - now your dd has got the idea of sleeping, I doubt it'll be long until she's doing it again! I never thought our dd would - 16 months of broken sleep & that was both me & DH - I have SO much respect that you do it on your own.

    I can do, I'll be disappointed if I don't - it'sjust keeping my mind on track! Body is willing but the mid is weak! Need to sort the treadmill this evening, so I can get back to my C25k running :o

    well what a surprise I had.. 3lb off tonight, delighted with that but also a bit mad at myself for some of the bad choices I had made this week, really pulled it back the last few days.. must do that for more than a few days next week!

    less than a stone to go for target! :j
