    ds picked up about 3pm, 24 hour bug! lil bug had me run ragged!!

    weigh in this morn.....lost 1.5lb! so back on track even tho I had LOTS wine last week. well 6 glasses all week, still a lot for me! lol

    fruit platters, and veg soup to speed it off!! I want 8lb by crimbo!

    Thank you for your lovely welcome:j. So todays menu...I will leave off the abbreviations until I get my head around HEa b etc; bear with me.

    B: 2x wbix (skimmed milk)
    snack: 1 x banana
    L: HM butternut squash soup, Crisp breads and cottage cheese.
    D: Chicken with SW chips and beans.
    Other fruit and FF yog. I need advice about what is free re yogs as the shape ones used to be, but now I'm not so sure.

    Sad but Chicken/chips/beans are a fav.

    B Cereal B a little milk from A, Raspberries, strawberries 1 slice Toast and spread 2syns
    Snack Orange

    L H/M Mushroom soup cheese lettuce and tomato sandwich 1 small
    squirt of very light salad cream 2syns Bread 6 syns Apple
    Snack clemmentine large one Green rooibos tea

    D 2 Sausages B.mash and mashed carrot and swede 1 tbs gravy 2 syns

    A milk A cheese B Cereal B Sausage
    12 syns
    Can anyone tell me how many syns are in 2 Richmond pork sausage. also I ran out of w/m bread how many syns are in h/m white Please
  • Hi Shala, 5.5 off for me
    This is over 2 weeks as I have changed my weigh in date to Tuesday instead of Thursday.

    Sorry I haven't been posting ... I have been busy Christmas shopping over my lunch hour so kept forgetting to post then I have been in bed for 9 as my little girl has been getting up between 4.30 - 5 :(

    Today
    B: Banana, Apple, few grapes
    Bacon Sandwich HeB, Tomato Sauce 1 Syn
    L: Chicken Fajita Wrap 13.5 syns :eek: with side salad, mayo 2 Syns (won't be having that again ... the shop I went to I thought sold jacket potatoes - was running late as I had to get back to work :()
    D: HM meatballs and pasta, passata and herbs
    Did walk to class which is an half hour round trip ... going to blast the bedroom tonight and add some walking in tomorrow :T
    Will try and catch up properly tonight :o I have also started running although my first week turned into a walk :)

    Don't mind saying here.. i'm 5'6" BMI is 29.9 13st 3lbs.. (according to the SW app) hope that's helpful ;)

    just made a big veggie stew, lentils and chick peas in and moroccan spices.. smells lovely.. dropped a jar of peppers on the floor and of course it exploded everywhere.. had a nice clean up job and a cut finger too :o

    not used to straying from EE and don't have my books to hand.. on green days are chick peas, lentils, cous cous free or syns / HE's?

    They ar free on green except some ambient/flavoured cous cous xx
