Only on this thread could there have been a serious discussion about 'food abuse' :rotfl:that's SO funny!

Am right cross I am  hopped on the scales after much deliberating incase they were not kind, and they said I weighed 2st 8lb  2st 8lb! I know I was trying hard last week, but I haven't lost 11st! I'm so cheesed off as they were a good pair, and although I've had them a few years, they shouldn't be broken already :(

So I've no idea if I lost or gained, so I'll have to be a STS please Shala. Not sure wether to buy a new set, or just hop on in Boots every now and then? Maybe it's a sign from God that I should stop obsessing about my weight? No it can't be that, I don't even believe in God, but if he was real, I expect he'd have other more important things to be worrying about? Maybe?

If I go into town I may have a peek in Boots.

    Keep the faith people

  • well after my 4lb weight lose and which as I think help in losing so much weight this week. I have been in the pound shop and brought 2 x 1liter bottles of water and some no added sugar ribenna. I am going to try and drink 3 liters a day and see if this helps.
sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.

Frogga - are they digital new-fangled thingies? Mine always come up with a weird result if the batteries are dying? Then again, the computer/digital scales at SW showed one woman losing 18 stone one week.....

I'm absolutely dreading WI in the morning - I've been 80% good so definitely don't deserve to gain, but I think I have (again!)

    C xx
  • I'm never asking my consultant about food abuse again she ranted in my face for a good 5 mins about how its wrong and a syn! A syn u tell thee!!!

Gained :( 1/2 a pound- not the end of the world. On the upside though it was Miss Slinky and I made the effort to dress up and I had several people tell me I looked gorgeous which was a real confidence boost- I did my makeup and wore my favourite wig, and wore my new size 14 kimono jumper and the size 18 skinnies that fit like a dream now :) I felt really good and even my gain didn't get me down- I wish I could do that every week! My consultant told me she was really proud of me- I explained to her about how I'm struggling physically with my health now as well as mentally and she said she would do everything she could to help me and that I was always positive and I should be proud of myself :) she just told me to do what I could and not worry on those days where I was too fatigued or in too much pain to move more than a few yards- that everything I could do would help and not to give up.
    Feeling quite positive now xx
