I've had a total rethink about todays meals! It's going to be a Green day and I'm not having any chicken at all as decided I want to make a curry with some of it, so will use half to make pies for DH and half for the curry. So today's meals will now be:

    B - 2 cups of tea
L - Either cheese on toast or cheese sandwich
    D - Egg, bubble & squeak & beans
S - 3 Ryvita Pumpkin & Oats with scrape of butter & marmite

    HEA1 - milk in tea
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - bread
    HEB2 - crackers
Syns: butter 2 (or if I do cheese on toast will be more like welsh rarebit and will add some butter & mustard to the cheese so an extra 2)
Skinny Cow caramel shortcake lolly 5 - so syns will either be 7 or 9

Hope that makes sense - it does to me, LOL

    Hi everyone,

Just caught up with the weekend posts - congrats to all those that have lost for the Christmas Cracker/Pudding challenge and hugs to those that haven't - today is a new day :T.

Shala - I can report a 1.5lbs loss for the challenge which is exactly what I put on last week so I am back where I was at the start :o.

Good luck to all those with WI today ;).

That's good sukey, just what you're supposed to do when maintain.

Great losses for some:T but lantanna you need to be kind to yourself after recent upsets. If you can claw it back then that's great. Just give it your best shot.

My plan is very undecided today. DH still suffering from his man flu and has no appetite. So, again, what I have tonight will depend on how many I'm cooking for.

    B: HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
    L: LO veg, fried up
D: either fish, new potatoes and cauli/broccoli cheese OR egg, SW chips and baked beans

If it's a Green day I might snack on something later. Only syns would be if I had cheese sauce.

Good Morning, I am trying to get back on track today so I can lose the 1lb I put on last week .:o

Today is red and my food looks like this:
B: porridge, apple, milk, maple syrup (HEA;B 1 sun)
L: Bread roll (7 sins, had no brown), ham, gerkins. Large glass of water, mandarin.
D: Steak, and veg. Might have a baked potato to go with it.

Tomorrow is shopping day, so I need to plan the rest of the week after I've looked through the freezer. The fridge is bare.

I also walked for 90 minutes today and am gardening so I'm sure that must count as a bit of body magic
    Trying to keep in budget.

gien - you really ought to have a jacket potato with tonight's dinner as you've only had 1 HEB and it's recommended you have 2 on a red day. I love a jacket with steak & veg!

Our consultant tends to say tweaks are ok if you are getting the results you want on the scales & if not you need to look at it again IYSWIM?

Exactly what I was going to say.... tweaks are ok as long as you are still losing weight, along with the fruit argument (too much natural sugar), and mixing up your healthy extras (I sometimes have half milk half cheese for example) but once your weight loss stagnates, these are things you could look at cutting out to lose weight again.

Not having a good day :(

Haven't eaten or drunk anything yet & don't feel like I want to as I'm so depressed & fed-up.
Don't even know what I was planing for dinner. Hubby can have something from the freezer if there's nothing else.

lil boy (21 month) has been poorly and last thing I want to think about is cooking for lil girl (3) and myself let alone the oh when he finishes. freezer teas it is!
weigh in in the morn but really not bothered. only 5 weeks in aswel! sometimes real life takes over!. I find it difficult to plan and think about food running around with two lil ones!

    refocus tomorrow honest!

I've only got the one (25 months) & sometimes I can't even bothered to feed her (I do though before anyone calls social services!)
