  • Busy few days, getting ahead on the Christmas shopping. I worry that I have not eaten breakfast for most of the week, I really struggle to force anything down to be honest, I haven't eaten a breakfast regularly in about 25 years .
I am pretty much 100% all week and my syns are usually less than 10, I just worry that I am sabotaging myself be not eating breakfast?

I am calling this a Red day.

    Today has been,
    B. None
    L. None
    D. late lunch/early dinner, went to Harvester had large portion of salad, chicken breast and jacket potato (HEXB). Half portion of gravy 1 syn.

Had milk in drinks (HEXA), I will have some cheese and crackers or cheese on toast for my supper to make up my HEXA and HEXB.
I might have a curly wurly or a freddo so 6 syns.

    7 syns total.

Congratulations to all the losers :T.

there's a pic on 2nd page using it for a cobbler topping, looks pretty nice... presume you've read the great tweak debate.. always good to know these things so's not to jeopardize your weight loss :)

blimey that's a bit harsh!.. surely as long as you are aware of the 'tweak' its your own choice whether you want to make them or not, that's if you want to use the syns of course.. far too much faffing for around the same syns as a bag of crisps anyway!

the scones were ok, nice with the soup but wouldn't rave otherwise.. a bit of both taste wise.. too stodgy to be a proper scone... if that makes sense :p

Made some apple muffins and have had a couple of those so that'll be my syns for today - need to work out how many syns they are but hopefully not more than 4 or 5 each. Denise

Was totally wrong about the muffins! Have just worked the syns out and they are actually 7 syns each:eek: - so well over my syns again yesterday.

Have just totalled up how syns I've had since WI on Thursday and it's 78 - so only have 27 left for the week. Should be able to do it because that's only today until Wed night so 9 syns a day. No problem as there won't be any wine or cake syns had during that time:rotfl:. Hopefully DH has taken the rest of the muffins to work with him (but I won't check the tin just in case).

Not sure what I'll be having today as not feeling brilliant this morning so have decided not to have anything to eat for breakfast.

    B - 2 cups of tea
L - probably a sandwich of some sort or maybe some toast
D - Will make something with LO chicken from yesterday - may just have a few slices with bubble and squeak (using LO cabbage from yesterday) and some beans. DH wants chicken pie so I'll make that for him but I'll freeze some of it for him to have another time.

I don't often do separate meals for us but don't want to waste my syns on a pie that I don't actually enjoy very much!

    HEA - milk in tea
    HEB - bread for sandwich
Syns - butter 3.5 for sandwich or toast

There's hardly any SFs in there so depending on what I decide to do for lunch I may make this a green day and syn the chicken and maybe have HEA of cheese for lunch.
