    Evening All,

could I ask a favour of one of you lovelies that have access to the syn calculator pleeeeeease.

I bought some choccie bars in Lidl today called Bellona which are their version of Bueno, I threw caution to the wind and had one tonight and they are lush! I'm reckoning their about 6 syns each, but could someone please check for me.

    Per 21.5g serving
    Calories 119
    Sugar 8.1g
    Fat 7.6g
    Saturates 3.3g

I never know which bits of info you need for the calculator, so I included them all.

    TIA x

Mrs R, I've been musing about your Royal Ascot themed day next week. I think if I were you I'd ask around a bit more what people are planning to wear. Your outfit sounds great but people might be wearing dresses with hats/fascinators?

Hi Maman :) thanks for your musings :) it tends to be those who are unused to coming to the rugby that get dressed up. I'm going to be way more dressed up than usual but there is always a mix of those dressed smart casual and those who have gone all out but those who are smart casual tend to be smarter than usual if you see what I mean? I'm wearing heels, a face full of make up and something a little nicer than my usual hoodie and trackies so they know that's my dress up and they're fine with it :D

Long day today. Dragged myself to Birmingham for the rugby and we lost but my player got on and he was fantastic. Managed to speak to him afterwards and told him I was proud of him- game was dire though and I was tempted by chips and a pint but I was good and stuck to fruit and coffee..

B: Beans on HEXB Nimble toast with a scraping of spread (2 syns) bottle of Evian
L: Bananas, carrot sticks, grapes, strawberries, blackberries, apples, melon chunks, bottle of Evian, bottle of Diet Coke
    S: Coffee with HEXA s/s
T: Chicken pieces with Uncle Bens rice and chicken tonight sauce (10 syns )
    Raspberries and cherry Mullerlight.
    Total: 14.5 syns
Night all- physically and mentally exhausted :(

Week 2 - +2lb knew the carp would catch up with me eventually :o. Ran out of soup last week so had quite a bit of bread. Have made a huge pan of carrot & lentil soup for this week though so hopefully will be more on track. Still not eating how I would like due to the visiting hospital in the evening. Poor mum has bed sores now as well as water retention due to being bed ridden all the time. Told her she'd come out with more than she went in with :(.

    Keep the faith all :A

Had a brilliant night at the dogs last night - although the food was very definitely not SW friendly - chicken & chips. Had thought it would probably be about 9 syns for the chips but it was such a small portion (12 small chips!) decided on 5 syns! Didn't eat the chicken skin (it was really flabby and unappetising anyway, LOL!) the chicken itself was lovely and moist.

Today is going to be another EE day:

B - bacon & mushroom sandwich (HEB) sauce 1 syn
L - not sure yet but will be synfree hopefully!
D - roast chicken, roast pots, roasted veg, cabbage

HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
Syns - not sure yet but will keep it low to help claw back some syns as already quite high this week
