    Afternoon all :)
haha Maman - I don't think my OH would notice what I wore bless him - we've been together that long he just does the 'yes dear' thing now haha! It's not so much I'm trying to impress someone, it's more to sort of show off how much weight I've lost if you see what I mean. If I wanted to impress I'd do a lot better than a tracksuit top, jeans and a t-shirt ;) (and my username is a little joke because when I joined MSE I was an obsessive fan of a *cough* certain boyband and its what my mates used to call me as a joke ;) Im not really a Mrs and my OH is Mr C ;))
I'm waiting in today for Argos to deliver my Christmas pressie from Mumma :) they've said between 12 and 9  I'm hoping its sooner rather than later as I want to get a bit of Body Magic in today. Was supposed to be going to watch my team play tomorrow but its forecast to rain and would have to make my own way there so not going. Saving for the ladies day shirt auction next week ;)

    Today's menu:
B: Raspberries with vanilla and choc Mullerlight
L: Pasta bolognaise with quorn mince and tinned tomatoes with herbs, bowl of salad with fat free vinegarette, apple and banana
T: Jacket potato with 2 Laughing Cow Extra Light (HEXA), beans, and steamed mixed veg, last of the raspberries with vanilla Mullerlight
Snack: Cup of white choc Options (2) 2 Pink n Whites (5)
And if I'm still hungry before bed I'll have a Mug Shot with a crispbread thing (1 syn)
I had toast in the early hours of the morning with a scraping of spread so I'm going to use that as my HEXB for today and syn the spread so total is 10 syns.

Have a good day everyone xx

good way to use up your HEA.. from the SW website.. and very nice! (I used a strawberry one and no sweetener, wasn't needed IMO)

Milkshake – It’s easy to make a slurpingly delicious milkshake without all the Syns – chocolate or toffee Mullerlight yogurt plus sweetener and your Healthy Extra allowance of milk makes a Free shake!

Add a 60g scoop of reduced fat ice cream (4 Syns) if you want an extra thick shake!

*(partially frozen muller would keep the syns down!)

Hi Mich your meal looks very nice, I was just wondering about your burger at 1.05 syns if you buy ultra lean or extra lean mince and just add herbs and salt and pepper cook in the oven or use fry lite then a quarter pounder will be no syns.Maris piper are good for any chips or roasties :T Just a thought Wiz
