Hi all, not a bad day food wise. I went into town today and I think that now I'm a 16 and have more choice I've become more picky! When I was big I would have a vague idea of what I wanted, I would go to one of a handful of shops and grab the thing nearest to what I wanted. However now I have an idea- I went round about 10 shops and went back to the first one
I didn't want much- a nice top that would go with navy jeans and my pink Lipsy hoodie, ideally with pink in it and not too glittery. I bought a pink and white flowery t-shirt from Debenhams, got it home, tried it on and thought ugh mistake but when I pulled the entire outfit together it looked fine.. For ladies day at the rugby they're doing 'royal ascot' in corporate and you're supposed to dress up but it's November and I don't have anything posh!! However I'm very well known at the club and they said my smart jeans are fine. I'm quite happy with how I look in the full outfit though- think it might surprise a few people, one in particular hopefully
Today's menu:
B: 2 Tesco Wheat Biscuits (HEXB) with HEXA skimmed milk, chopped banana and NAS cordial
L: Jacket potato with a bit of light marg (2 syns) tuna and spaghetti, NAS cordial, small bar of Kinder choc (3.5 syns)
Snack: Boots Shapers Fish and Veg Sushi (2.5 syns) Shapers melon and pineapple slices, Diet Coke
T: Tesco light choices Salmon and Broccoli Pie (2 syns) steamed mixed veg. Frozen mixed veg (melon, grape, apple, mandarin) cherry Mullerlight, NAS squash.

Thanks Maman for checking and I do realise about Sf so i use more in my soups. As I have said before I am not much of a vegetable fan so I try to put those I'm not keen on or don't like in soup, like, onions leeks celery cabbage cauli green beans etc.
Carrots, peas and corn i can eat on my plate plus lettuce tomatoes and mushrooms . So eating veg soup helps me eat those veg that I normally wouldn't eat. I this is wrong then I don't know what to do. I might as well give up I have about 2 stone to lose but i'm finding it very hard.
But thanks for your help it's appreciated.Skint_Catt wrote: »wizkid - that may aswell be a green day as there's no meat/fish/poultry there, so you could have another HEa & HEb (then less syns because the bread would be a HEb) - superfree's are good level, but the same thing for two meals won't stimulate your body much.
Strangely enough I was going to suggest you tried Green, wiz. SFs are not mandatory on Green so your lower intake would be OK, you could always syn some meat if you wanted it and like skint said you get the extra HEXs. It's got to be worth a try to get that 2 stone off.
More good losses!:T
I hope it's MrR you're trying to impress Mrs Ryan!! Outfit sounds good though.;)
Hopefully frogga, will hop back early in the morning.:)0 -

Well, Week 2 - STS
Was ok with that after last weeks loss. Hopefully I'll get something off next week. I'd 2 weeks of stay in the same in the 6 week challenge.
God I am tired today - could have stayed in bed this morning.
Going to try and feature some walking in this weekend.
Other than that & the usual cleaning & washing I've not much planned - maybe a dander round the charity shops.
A few gins will feature no doubt.
Totally on a strict budget this week so going to have to be creative.
Think Dinner is going to be SW egg fried rice with a ton of veg.
Good luck to all today!
Maman you are inspirational - you hear of so many people that get to target and just end up putting it all back on. I can't wait for my maintenance to start!0 -
Morning all, Beanie i hope you feel better soon that sounds horrible.
Happy birthday for yesterday Piglet!
I think I was more or less on plan yesterday, my first day in a while where I haven't though 'oh that won't count too much' or 's0d it i'll just eat it'. But I've just realised OH wants to take me out for dinner tonight if I don't end up at work and I've got no idea where so I can't plan ahead. It's eating out and having drinks that is my downfall... but I suppose if I remain syn-free all day (and go to boot camp this morning) then it won't be too bad... He goes away for 6 days tomorrow so I won't have him leading me astray!!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Had a good day yesterday apart from dinner last night when DH wanted frozen chips rather than SW ones. I didn't weight them but have synned them as though I had 200g so 11 syns:eek:; also had a small lolly which was 15 syns so a total of 12.5 syns.
Today's going to be another EE day:
B - mushroom omlette; banana
L - prawn salad sandwich
D - salmon in white wine sauce - this is a James Martin ready meal so probably loads of butter in it so am synning it at 10, hopefully that'll be about right. Will have with boiled potatoes & loads of green beans.
HEA - milk in tea
HEB - bread for sandwich
Snacks will be fruit: I've got bananas, pears, melon and frozen mixed berries.
Will probably have a glass of wine with my dinner tonight so another 6 syns! Will take me up to 16 syns but as I work on a weekly total it won't be a problem.
