Beanie - I had my root canal today, still a bit sore but my toothache is gone :j I know how you feel, hope it goes well in the morning xxx

I have to confess to a
2.5 lb GAIN :eek:
I'm not too concerned as I think I lost at least 1/2 sone the week before, but I do need to get back on track. I have had an odd couple of days -was doing ok yesterday till I met a friend for dinner and then went mad and had nachos and steak and chips. Today has been a disaster - made healthy porridge for breakfast, then added some leftover cream which just happened to be in the fridge, and then decided I may as we'll have golden syrup on it too. Had lunch out with a friend, lamb hotspot which wasn't too bad, but came home to find dd had made me sausage casserole and pineapple upside down pudding. Which I ate, and it was lovely.
Tomorrow I will stick to SW 100 per cent.
I have to get back into this, as my OH was really supportive of me, and I don't want to regain everything I've lost.
Thank you to everyone for your messages of support, I do really appreciate all your kind thoughts.

Just coming on quickly to post my 1st week update as STS .
believe it or not I'm actually quite glad with that as it was after our weekend away and as of last Tuesday which was the day after we came back I had put on 3 lbs :eek:
I have kinda cheated the system a bit as my normal weigh in is a Monday, but as I think a gain might have sent me off course I chose to wweigh in today and take the sts.
I will read back through all the posts at some point as I gather some people are having tough at the mo, so hugs to all that need them and bl**dy well done to those managing to stay on track :TSW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

Christmas Cracker Week One - 1/2lb loss
Quite lucky to get that tbh as i have been up to my limit on syns all week and they haven't been particularly good choices of syns either! We had a works picnic at lunchtime where you all take something in and then everyone tucks in. So I didnt have to even join in but as i love food and am quite new i wanted to. I made something that was SW recipe but i still ate cake and crumble:o and cheese and nachos:o
when i weighed this morning i was 2lb heavier:eek:
so next week i am going to be 100% on it.

Wi for me later tonight. Expecting a gain after last weeks loss due to stress and this weeks eating all in sight!:eek:
Had a few gins last night and then starting making egg & onion sandwiches with cheese at 10pm:eek:
But sure - whatever the scales say later I'll just start afresh from today. As long as I don't have the whole 4 stone 3 lbs back on I'll be ok lol.
Funds are so tight for me this month so will really have to be creative foodwise - going to have a good think about what I can make cheaply this week and buy a good amount of veg tonight.

had the magic porridge for brekkie, wasn't mad tbh.. did it with a vanilla muller.. think it was too sweet, much prefer it done with milk0 -
Morning all - well I may have tried a pair of size 16 jeans on and they may have fitted - button and zip - and I could breathe but I daren't try and sit down in them
I'm strangely motivated at the mo as its starting to show that I'm losing weight
Yesterday's food
Breakfast- grapes
Lunch - savoury rice, chicken slices, pickled onions (lots of)
Dinner- sw hotpot from the mag, broccoli and sprouts
Snack - ryvita minis (hexb)
Hexa - milk in drinks
Syns - 3 (sugars in drinks :@)
Body magic - 35min walk into town and then 2
Hours wandering round shops and pushing the pram
Today's plan
Breakfast - banana, grapes, strawberries and an apple (don't know what's wrong with mestarving today)
Lunch - egg sandwich- 2 wm bread (hexb) salad cream (1) eggs
Pickled beetroot (a pregnancy craving that has stayed)
Dinner - spag Bol with cheese (1/2 hexa)
Syns - sugar in hot drinks, salad cream
Trying to save a few syns for the weekend may need them
I'm still doing the drinking more nas squash thing but have to try and be strategic coz it doesn't half make me wee

Bought the HEb wraps - might do a pizza for lunch:drool:
B; fruit salad & ff yoghurt
L; either leftover chicken jambalaya or HEb wrap pizza with HEa cheese
D; fish (HEb), sw chips & peas (mushy for DH)
Sn; glass of diet Dr Pepper, cup of tea (HEa) poss Hi-Fi bar (3 or 6 syns)
Going to do chicken & courgette risotto tomorrow night for when my WW friend comes to visit & 1 syn cherry trifles for dessert from the SW website.0
