cant wait for tea tonight, having these http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/03/skinny-texas-cheese-fries.html?m=1 SW version of course, with cajun chicken and salad.. smells good so far :D

    my version..
    Skinny Texas Cheese Fries
SW chips/wedges with spicy coating of your choice, (I used nandos peri peri chip sprinkle and garlic salt)
    2 slices bacon, finely chopped
    2 spring onions, finely chopped
    jalapenos
grated cheese (I used low low grated as HEA 40g and an extra 25g for 3 1/2 syns as doing a large dish full)

cook chips or wedges as you usually would, place into oven proof dish (sprayed with frylight)
top with grated cheese, sliced jalapenos, spring onions and bacon bits and return to oven for about 2 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

for a great syn free dip to go with it, 1/2 equal parts quark and f/f nat. yoghurt with garlic and herbs added to your taste.

The only thing that worked when I had toothache was Paramol pain killers. Have you managed to get an appointment with a dentist?

Toothache is one of the worst pains, hugs

oh there's nothing worse!.. hope it soon eases for you :(
  • Been pretty good to day, its a star week but luckily no urges or cravings, unless homicidal tendencies count?

I'm going for a Red day

    B. None (struggle to force myself to eat before lunch).
    L. Ryvita (HEXB) with low fat cream cheese (HEXA), lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes
    D. HM lamb Rogan Josh, from the recipe book, with a jacket potato (HEXB), it has some swede in it but didn't have any other veg :o.

Milk for drinks today (HEXA), apart from the odd thing in HM meals I am managing to stay syn free during the day pretty much, leaving me able to have a snack or treat in the evening (my danger time).
