    Morning All,

Only went to group to weigh in today as it's my birthday and I didn't want the thought of going to weigh in stopping me from having a cheeky birthday treat!

    I lost 3lbs

    Very happy with that :)

    xx

:T:Tthat's fantastic and I hope you're having a lovely birthday.

    Another E E DAY TODAY
Please can someone correct me if I'm wrong. I don't seem to be making much headway. I'm going wrong somewhere.

Breakfast Allbran red crunch Half of A Milk and B . orange.

Lunch Veg & lentil soup. Jacket potato n' beans Melon

Dinner Veg Soup again. s/w chips Melon

    Snack SP K Crisps ( 21 ) = 4 Half syns
Supper slice of w/m toast and spread 5 syns

    A Milk B Cereal
    9 half syns

Is corned beef allowed like other meat ???

That looks like an OK EE menu but you can never have too many SFs so maybe up those a bit. Post regularly and maybe we'll see something obvious another day.:)

I missed WI today as I had to meet a friend and timing didn't work out. And I'm busy next Thursday so unless I go to a different class I'm relying on my jeans to tell me how I'm doing.;)

Psychobabble, I've always worried about slipping back from my target weight. I find the mantra that 'nothing tastes so good as feeling thin' (or something like that:o) helps me. I so enjoy being able to wear what I want, go into any shop, not have to scrabble around at the back of the rails for big sizes etc. so much I'm determined to keep myself in hand. I'm sure you can do it, just jump back on that wagon and you can make a fair dent by Christmas.:)

    EE menu for me:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
L: bacon, pickled shallots, fried LO veg
    D: spaghetti Bolognese
    Snacks: Satsuma, apple
    Syns: little Parmesan

WI for me this morning. Was a STS; bit disappointed with that as have been really good this week so was hoping for a loss.

    Another EE day today:

    B - banana after WI
L - prawn & cucumber sandwich (HEB); satsuma
D - HM salmon fishcakes, chips & beans; selection of fruit

    Syns: butter 2.5; lolly 3 = 5.5

Thanks Maman for checking and I do realise about Sf so i use more in my soups. As I have said before I am not much of a vegetable fan so I try to put those I'm not keen on or don't like in soup, like, onions leeks celery cabbage cauli green beans etc.
Carrots, peas and corn i can eat on my plate plus lettuce tomatoes and mushrooms . So eating veg soup helps me eat those veg that I normally wouldn't eat. I this is wrong then I don't know what to do. I might as well give up I have about 2 stone to lose but i'm finding it very hard.
But thanks for your help it's appreciated.

wizkid - that may aswell be a green day as there's no meat/fish/poultry there, so you could have another HEa & HEb (then less syns because the bread would be a HEb) - superfree's are good level, but the same thing for two meals won't stimulate your body much.

    Happy Birthday piglet!

On track for another 100% day as long as this evening isn't too traumatic! Had leftover chicken jambalaya for lunch not tried the wrap pizza yet :)

  • in a moment of boredness & random insanity I made 'easy fudge' .. 3 trays ...
    The good news is :

it is actually very easy to make
    it is very rich

    The bad news is:

I didn't actually plan what I was going to do with said fudge after I had made it
I am already hankering to try to make it with white choc - just to see if it works

    yup, I am a wally!

So far I am resisting... well I have had 3 small bits but no other syns today.

Not sure on current weight as not been near any scales. Think I'm still hovering around the 19st mark x

    hope you all well xx
