Mildredd I feel the same way - my Size 16s are now starting to get too big so I'm getting excited and more motivated.
I actually could bare to look at myself in a full length mirror last night before taking a bath and even I thought good grief look at the weight you've lost!
My only negative is that I wish people would stop going on about it in work.
Also my boobs now seem massive in comparison to the rest of me !
The two stone I've left to go to get to target needs to come off my stomach, back and bum! My legs are getting tiny..........0 -
Morning All,
Only went to group to weigh in today as it's my birthday and I didn't want the thought of going to weigh in stopping me from having a cheeky birthday treat!
I lost 3lbs
Very happy with that

Hi, need urgent help
Can anyone who has the latest list confirm what Aldi Cowbelle light cheese triangles count as please? I am doing green days and was expecting them to be an HEA choice but information from 2011 says that three of them are a HEB choice. I can't afford laughing cow ones at the moment even though I love them.
Thanks a lot

3 Aldi Cowbelle light cheese singles are a hea - I presume these are triangles rather than slices!
If not, I would have 3 triangles as a hea - they cant be much different to dairylea/laughing cow xx
(I buy Asda lighter soft cheese spread - you can have 75g of that as a hea & its 80p for 2.75 portions (or 2 packs for £1.50)0 -
