think its recommended to drink 6-8 glasses a day?.. bit hard at times, esp when its cold.. I try to drink at least a litre, prefer sparkling tho.. be careful with some of the flavoured waters, some have syns..
a few ladies in group this week were saying they were suffering a little too.. I have in the past and when it got very uncomfortable I took a dulcolax tablet.. only one was needed!0 -

I tend to drink NAS squash, currently Ribena (although would love something that tasted less sweet). I have a large glass with my breakfast (can't waste syns on juice) and then have it hot at other times of the day. It saves on milk in my teas and then I can have a bit of cheese instead.
jpp, some people swear by 'speed soup' or Dynorod soup as it's been called! I've never tried it myself but it's full of beans! If you go back to the first post on the thread, there's a link to recipes and you'll see it there.
I was totally on plan yesterday although missed lunch so probably didn't eat enough in total. Have a few extra syns planned for today:
B: NAS squash, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: fried LO veg (mostly all suprefree), pickled shallotschicken stir fry with boiled rice and maybe some SW chips
Syns: squirt of syrup, few (3?) small spring rolls, sweet chilli dipping sauce, honey in stir fry sauce, wine syns
 looks like a lot of syns!
Mrs R, I've been musing about your Royal Ascot themed day next week. I think if I were you I'd ask around a bit more what people are planning to wear. Your outfit sounds great but people might be wearing dresses with hats/fascinators?0 -
always forget about NAS squash, not a big 'pop' drinker but might be an idea for a couple of glasses throughout the day.. could manage vimto
bought my target jeans.. size 12, can get them on now but nowhere near getting them fastened.. big belly hangout problem :rotfl:chuffed as was in 20's when I started!0 -
Another EE day today although probably not enough SFs really:
B - bacon, egg,beans, mushrooms
L - steak sandwich; banana; clemintine
D - chicken & chips (going to the dogs included in price) will remove skin & only eat a few chips to keep the syns down
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread for sandwich
Syns - chip 9? wine x 2 = 12 = 19
Definitely going to need to cut back during the week!

Well I'm glad I was good yesterday as today hasn't quite gone as planned!
2 slices wholemeal toast as didn't want to eat anything 'strange' like pudding rice & ff yoghurt in fron tof my WW friend who stayed! Thin spread of light olive spread on those.
Then we went out for lunch - TGI Friday'sHad the quesedilla which I think was the healthiest 'hot' item on the menu - I hate to think how many syns for that one, now we're off to fireworks so will probably end up with burger & chips as they don't do much else at these displays
Oh well, no snacks so cant complain! Today was a flexi day & back on it tomorrow
That club 10 is so nearly in my grasp!!!!!!!

Just been writing down my food for today... it's a bit of a picky day as I haven't had any proper sit down meals due to hangover/being on call for work/OH going away. I think I can make it a green day though and have ryvita/cheese for supper!
B - 2 eggs
L - velvet crunch (4), 2 alpen light (B)
D - pasta n sauce (1 + some A)
Snacks - 2 fat free yoghurts, coffee from machine (2.5), 1 babybel (rest of A)
So the rest of my day is probably going to be a freddo (5), 2 ryvita (B) and philly or laughing cow (A), maybe a hot choc (2/2.5?). I should probably throw some fruit in there too... strawberries, banana or some grapesBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
