I'm sure you can manage frogga, just think how super smug you'll feel if you get to bed time without synning.

Catt- I get that I really do :) I have to consciously stop myself reaching for the Pepsi max everytime I want a drink - but reducing it works for me at the mo :)

    Frogga - you star :)

    I've been good today :)
Just made a massive stirfry for dinner which will double for lunch tomorrow :)
Red onion, peppers, carrots, bean sprouts, left over roast chicken, and as I forgot to buy noodles I threw a pack of the low fat super noodles in so it felt naughty ;) but syn free :)

My main reason is to be the best mum for my dd so she doesn't miss out on anything - the two fingers up at them is an added bonus ;)

Still have my hexs left :)
Cheese and ryvitas later :) plus the pineapple I chopped earlier :) xxx

I meant try everything to stop my straying off plan! ;)

Mildredd - I may try & alternate my pop intake with ANY other drink so I'm not constantly drinking it. I'm not a great tea/coffee drinker, but it might make me stop & think before I refill my glass - plus I can't drink pop in front of my dd as she always wants what I've got ;)

Change of plan - not having the chicken jambalaya now as I forgot to defrost the chicken :o so having some leftover gammon, with sw chips, mixed veg & an egg.

What's everyone's 'treat' or favourite meal? I'm sick of 'breakfast' style fry-ups with sw chips now & can't afford to keep buying steak but I need a 'naughty' treat meal when hubby's away ;) (I'm a 'secret' eater :o )

Catt - nas Ribena or a variety of vimto is good as an alternative - my dd is the same until I say no uve got it in ur cup already - she still falls for that anyway xxx

My treat meal is chicken chow mein from the Chinese :s sorry home cooked I quite like burgers with loads of onions - hexb bread as a bun and some cheese x bit of red sauce and a couple of thin sw chips ;) xxx

I think ppl have different ways of making theirs but I use a sachet of porridge 28gs a portion and I soak it in water, either hot or cold for a couple of hours and then drain the water off if it is too watery and mix it with a Muller light yogurt. I know some of the girls mix theirs with fruit and other things but I just like the yogurt in mine at the moment lol . Will prob experiment when I get a bit fed up with it . I find it is really filling since I have been eating it hope it works for you too.I think you can have 35gs of porridge oats and when I am not working will mix up a batch of them in some bags but for now am using Aldi's sachets at 28gs.
