    B.Banana
    L. Pasta, chicken, tomato, cucumber and red onion in fat free dressing.
Snack. Mango, melon, pineapple and 2 HiFi lights (HEXB).
    D. Pork loins, saut! potatoes and mange tout, 1/2 syn for Dijon.

I've really cut down on hot drinks so my skimmed milk is rarely half used but I am calling it my HEXA, might have to look at having something else and synning the milk.

Will have some chocolate later, or jelly tots, and maybe some pretzels.

    I WILL NOT BE A FAT MOTHER-OF-THE-BRIDE.

I was not using my quota of milk either but when i spoke to my consultant she told me you can have half the quota of milk and then half of , say, cheese! I was made up!

But THAT IS IT!!! No more Fat Pig Frogga  SO, today is a new day, a new week, it's gonna be REALLY TOUGH when I get in from work cos I'll want/need to binge, but I WONT DO IT. If I can just get through one day, then next is easier, and then a week has gone by, and then 2 weeks, and then we'll all be slim for Christmas :D

Come on people, lets just BE GOOD!!!!!

You've made me do this Frogga - but I know where you live!!! Nessie will come kick your butt if you step over the line again ;)

Excellent sentiments! Even bad days and binges don't make us put back all the weight we've lost. What matters is how we deal with it going forward.:)

Frogga, I'm curious as to what it is you're eating when you lose it. Is it that you eat all the week's planned syns/treats in one go?

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: probably apple and cottage cheese unless I'm hungry enough for more
D: ham, new potatoes, broccoli/cauli cheese
Syns: squirt of syrup and cheese sauce

Tomorrow is weigh in day for me:eek:

Sorry mq, didn't have time to respond last night. Hope you have a loss at today's WI but I can certainly see why you'd be bored with what you're having. It seems you're a veggie doing Green. You certainly need to think about your dinners (celeriac chips and nothing!;)). And I'm not certain but I doubt a HM chapatti would count as a HEB.

If you go onto the website and put 'vegetarian' into the recipe search, 185 recipes come up. It should be easy to make up some HM ready meals, like vegetable chilli or soups, and freeze them so you've always got something easy and tasty to hand. Or perhaps you could tell us what you ate before so we can help you adapt them to be SW friendly.

    HTH and keep posting.:)

Have had a fairly good weekend and didn't go over on my syns - for a change! Have had 43 syns since Thursday WI so doing OK this week.

    Having a Green day today:

    B - egg, beans & mushrooms
L - HM spicy carrot soup, small slice WM bread (0.5 HEB1)
    D - Gammon (HEB2) & egg gratinee (it's a Delia recipe from back in the 70s!). Topped with breadcrumbs (0.5 HEB1) & grated cheese (HEA1)
S - fruit - have had some melon so far
HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day

No syns planned as yet but have something later.

  • I was a piggy over the weekend!!

Chicken shish from the kebab shop on Fri night and 2 g&t's.
    Saturday - Wine & G&T's
Sun - Mini chocolate bars after being out drinking on Sat night.

Still I've got 40 syns to get me through until Thurs and I know I won't need to use many during week days! I strategically planned a Thursday as weigh in day to give me a few days of being very good after weekends!

Hope everyone has a good Monday! New week, new food diary!

    xx

Don't know what went wrong but I ate (and drank) far too much :o

Good luck to all those with WI today :)

Frogga - hang in there - you can do this - in fact we can all do this :A

Welcome to all the newbies that have appeared over the weekend, I have only just caught up with the posts.

No more chocolate for me until December at least. That's going to be a hell of a challenge for me but as I failed in my mission to give up the Diet Coke, I NEED to do this one! It will be hard, but as you say Frogga, every day will get a tiny bit easier. This excludes hot chocolate though might I say? ;)

    B; Banana
    L; Savoury rice
D; Chicken Jambalaya (1.5 syns) from the SW website
Not sure what my HEx's will be today as not got any Hi-Fi bars - maybe a hot chocolate later (2 syns) with my milk.

Weigh in tomorrow. I know I've gained at least another 2lb - I just don't know what to say to my consultant - she's not the most sympathetic & anything I could say to her just sounds like an excuse. She's out of target at the mo & keeps putting on a lb or so a week - not a good example!

    C xx
