Urgh, having a terrible weekend, just sick of it all. Cross and grumpy. Can't think what to eat, don't fancy anything healthy, weight bouncing around with pound on, pound off - just can't get my head down and get on with it. I know I can do it if I get my head in the right place but at the moment it's just a disaster for me.
Re mince - just pour the fat off. If you buy cheap mince there will prob be a bit more but as for using lots of syns? Nah.0 -

that was me for a couple of months, very frustrating.. on off maintain, on off etc etc.. when I looked back i'd only lost 1/2lb in 2 months by the end of it!!
don't think i'd every buy pork mince, certainly not that Sainsbury's onehave heard some say they pour boiling water over the cooked mince to get rid of the fat too!

Very pleased with my behaviour today. I cooked the mushy pea curry for tea. I put beef I , and used Heinz curried beans.it was lovely and I have two portions left.
Also made roast pepper and tomato soup with some big cheap bags of veg I got from the green grocers last Tuesday. Saves chucking most of the veg out and that'll be two tasty winter lunches for work.
I have got my first batch of SW rice pudding in the slow cooker (the almond milk version). Hoping that will be nice for breakfast.
My planned jog and swim we're downgraded to a walk in the end. But it was an hour and a quarter one on hilly ground and it was a lovely crisp ('n' dry) Autumn day. Not feeling too guilty about that one.
I am feeling really in the mood for SW at the mo. Not expecting too big of a miracle on the scales tomorrow night as I only started trying this week on Weds, and I have gone a bit over my syns allowance even on those days due to my wine weaknesses.
Exercise may save me though. In the gym on tues I ran for half an hour, cycled for half and hour and did another half an hour on the weights machines. I swam for half an hour in Weds, went for the walk today and walked to work and back on two days (it is a mile each way). A good week's effort towards my gold body magic.
Will let you know how I get on.November NSDs @ 3/11 = 1
Pounds lost with SW 4/11 = 6.0

Is there a secret eaters anonymous club today? I started of sooo well but we had friends staying and she made a chocolate cake along with buying crisps in the shop... Also polished off 2 bottles of wine between 3 of us.
It totally makes sense about being open with what we eat, but I daren't tell anyone sometimes! Back on it tomorrow, I really do want to get back to the weight I was in June and chocolate is not my friend in achieving this!!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Hiya all
Today has been mega hard for me - I don't know whats up with me but I'm not very well at alllimbs feel like lumps of lead, feeling sick, dizzy and headachy
I've been at the rugby and my player gave me a hug and ordered me to go home and rest - he's seen me when I was really really poorly so for him to say I don't look too good must mean I look pretty bad
Body magic went out of the window - when I got off the bus in Nottingham I felt so awful I went and got a Starbucks then jumped on the bus - normally I would walk. I walked back but I had to stop a few times which is unlike me
Still - we won :j for only the second time this season... and my player was on the bench which was amazingly brilliant to see - I was so proud of him
Today's syn blowing event was a large latte but that was 15 syns and I've not had any other syns today so I might get away with that one
B: Bacon (minus fat) beans, cup of coffee
S: That dam latte
L: Cup of Bovril, HiFi choc orange (HEXB) 2 bananas, an apple, tub of raspberries, packet of chicken chunks and a bottle of water
S: Pint and a half of Diet Pepsi
T: A little bit of steamed veg and chicken, cherry Mullerlight, NAS cordial and mineral water.
Tomorrow I am going to get a tattooIt's an addition to my 9th tattoo and one I've wanted for a long time. Hopefully I will feel a bit better tomorrow but I will sleep well and have sweet dreams now

But THAT IS IT!!! No more Fat Pig Frogga  SO, today is a new day, a new week, it's gonna be REALLY TOUGH when I get in from work cos I'll want/need to binge, but I WONT DO IT. If I can just get through one day, then next is easier, and then a week has gone by, and then 2 weeks, and then we'll all be slim for Christmas
Come on people, lets just BE GOOD!!!!!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Thank you Money Queen. Yes its a very sad and difficult time, one things for sure though my wee dog is giving me the strength to carry on.
So as you would expect I'm totally not interested in SW at the minute but hanging on in there.
On Friday night I'd Salt & Chili Chicken from the Chinese with Fried Rice and Curry Sauce.
Chicken & Bacon White Bread Sandwiches on Saturday with Mayo & 2 bottles of wine:eek:
Anyway today is a new day and will try to get back on it - I've come too far.
B: Muller & Two Mandarins
L: 2 Kiwis & Mug Shot
Don't know what dinner will be - haven't got that far!0
