Make 2013 a year to remember with Slimming World (Part 2!)

Its been a pig of a day, taking daughter back to boarding school, its 3 1/2 hours each way to North Yorkshire, but coming back took nearer 5 :eek:. I really hate traffic!

Good news is I've stayed on plan, but by the time we got back I was starved and could have gone for the fresh egg pasta and sauce we have in the fridge...but I didn't .

B.Banana
L. Pasta, chicken, tomato, cucumber and red onion in fat free dressing.
Snack. Mango, melon, pineapple and 2 HiFi lights (HEXB).
D. Pork loins, saut! potatoes and mange tout, 1/2 syn for Dijon.

I've really cut down on hot drinks so my skimmed milk is rarely half used but I am calling it my HEXA, might have to look at having something else and synning the milk.

Will have some chocolate later, or jelly tots, and maybe some pretzels.

I WILL NOT BE A FAT MOTHER-OF-THE-BRIDE.

hi everyone.. long time since I popped in!

hope you are all well.. i'm still plodding along, got my 3 stone award in july but then had a few months of faffing and yo-yo'ing.. went away for 10 days at the end of sept and ate nothing but junk and was stunned I only gained 3lb!.. in the next 3 weeks lost 6 1/2 lb to get my 3 1/2 stone award at group last week... this week gained 4lb!!

no idea how that happened given I only gained the 3 in 10 days of eating garbage!.. thought I had the end in sight with consecutive losses and 1 stone to target.. oh well, there's always a curve ball isn't there.. :rotfl:

been on my SW journey a year now, doesn't feel like it really!

B 2 boiled eggs and 2 toast w/m B plus 2 syns for butter Fruit coffee

S fruit

L ham cheese, lettuce tomato beetroot sandwich w/m B plus 2 Syns
for butter. coffee

S very light vanilla Cart Dor ice cream, wafer abt 5 syns

D Veg soup, braised steak,mash, roast pots carrots, green beans.
gravy 2 syns glass of water. fruit.

A milk in brews A cheese B bread x 2

saw the convo on wraps etc so hope this works as copied and pasted from FB.. our consultant posted a few of these which were helpful.. mince, sausages etc.. the Tesco light choices Cumberland sausages are now 1 syn each instead of 1/2 a syn.. confusing when they change things!

i'll post the mince and sausages ones.. the others were about tweaks such as lasagne doritos and using cous cous for flour etc
