I've had chili with full fat mince (24 syns ) pasta sauce (not bad - inly 3.5 syns because its light stuff) ready made chilli mix (2.5) Uncle Ben's rice (2.5) then I've had chocolate (3.5) more chocolate (6.5) and er... a bottle of wine(27)
Oh dear... that's 70 syns60 more than I've been allowing myself
It started so well... I had fresh raspberries and vanilla Mullerlight for brekkie, and 3 Ryvita Hint of Chili (HEXB) 3 Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese Triangles (HEXA) with ham and chicken chunks for lunch with the last of the raspberries and a Mullerlight for pudding... but I haven't been feeling well so I fell off the wagon at tea time trying to cheer myself up.

Going to class will give you a chance to socialise a bit and forget the worries of the world, it's not all about losing weight you know :rotfl: and you'll know that when you're ready to give it a 100% then you're still at a class where you feel comfy..
