Oh I LOVE mushrooms! Never used to but hey ;)

The steak was fab, as were the non-sw chips & as for the 360g huge bar of Dairy Milk? Well there's 4 squares left :o I'm going to regret that in the morning!

I've had chili with full fat mince (24 syns ) pasta sauce (not bad - inly 3.5 syns because its light stuff) ready made chilli mix (2.5) Uncle Ben's rice (2.5) then I've had chocolate (3.5) more chocolate (6.5) and er... a bottle of wine :D (27)

Oh dear... that's 70 syns :o 60 more than I've been allowing myself :o It started so well... I had fresh raspberries and vanilla Mullerlight for brekkie, and 3 Ryvita Hint of Chili (HEXB) 3 Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese Triangles (HEXA) with ham and chicken chunks for lunch with the last of the raspberries and a Mullerlight for pudding... but I haven't been feeling well so I fell off the wagon at tea time trying to cheer myself up.

    Oh dear... *draws another line*

Wuvvies, just do as much as your mind will allow you to do.. You have a lot to deal with at the moment so don't be putting undue pressure on yourself:grouphug:

Going to class will give you a chance to socialise a bit and forget the worries of the world, it's not all about losing weight you know :rotfl: and you'll know that when you're ready to give it a 100% then you're still at a class where you feel comfy..

Right all you lot it's an hour till midnight, no more secret eaters anonymous Mildredd :naughty: put that chocolate down Ms Skint Catt and all of you... See that line that Skint's has drawn, step over it..
