Thanks Shala and Lantana, I just feel quite cheesed off about it at the moment. I think I'm coming down from the 'high' of all the food
Even after what I posted at 10.55, I went straight to the cupboard to get out some tinned toms and saw all the goodies. I was just about to eat some mini millionaires shortbread, when the phone rang so I got distracted. If it hadn't have been for the phone I'd have been in there.
I really want some yummies. I've had a big breakfast, and a big lunch and yogurt. But it doesn't stop the craving for the goodies. I've already thought about starting again on Monday. Sometimes I truely hate myself for this perpectual longing for the wrong food. And lots of itSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Mildredd - go on share what your consultant texted!
Frogga - if it feels better to relax & start again on Monday, then go for it.
I just don't know what to do - been good after my 2 weeks off & still thinking positive, but some sneaky weigh's at home show no loss at all! Don't know why I'm botheringNot great timing as I'm about to go out & get something for dinner - steak from supermarket OR chow mein from the chinese - I haven't decided yet & both come with the risk of picking up choc/sweets/cakes at the supermarket, or prawn toasts at the chinese
I just want to get to my Club 10 weight, then I know I'll be over this brick wall hurdle which seems to be holding me back for 2 months!! :wall:
I know I should maybe have a stir-fry instead but I need a 'treat'
B; slept through it as hubby & dd away
L; poached eggs, baked beans & bacon
D; tbc
Not sure what day I'm having tbh!0 -

So it's not just me pigging out then! I had a healthy ham salad lunch followed by fresh fruit salad at my amazingly lovely and relaxing spa afternoon. BUT then on way back hubby suggested popping in to M&S to get a £10 meal deal, well it's not on at the mo so got some chicken and ham hock pies with cheese sauce -, they've got over 600 cals and more than 34g of fat- I don't even want to know how many syns, please don't anyone post and let me know, sometimes you really don't want to know!! But they were sooo tasty!
Will have some wine and choc and then try again tomorrow!!0
