L. Ryvita (HEXB), light soft cheese (HEXA), tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, syn free hummus
D. Eggs and wedges, melon, mango and pineapple with half fat crème fraiche (1 1/2 syns)
2 syn for sugar, leaves some syns for a treat later, if I can manage it, i'm pretty full :rotfl:.
Looking at the diaries for you both, I'd say you'd be better off calling it a Green day.
You synned your sausages skint bit if it was Green you could have had more HEXs.
Same for you sweetcheekz, although you did pretty well with SFs you could have had the extra HEXs too if you wanted.
I had crisps.:(0 -
Hi everyone
Lantanna, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. Sending hugs x
Not a terribly brilliant day Friday. I've been out all day and exhausted - and I got absolutely soaked to the skin! The weather forecast said a light drizzle - so I went out in my brand new jeans and my Uggs.
Well it was like the apocalypse in Notts - Ive never seen rain that heavy!!
Just walking from the bus stop into Asda - I got so wet I had to buy dry trousers, socks and wellies! Luckily I had my heavy waterproof Regatta coat on and a brolly so my top half was dry but my bottom half was saturated! And on the up side I now have a rather snazzy pair of dark blue glittery jeggings
Done my Xmas shopping - normally I love doing it but I had zero energy and about the same level of interest. The depression is literally draining everything out of me
Havent had a very good day food wise either. Not really eaten anything bad per se but I've not eaten anything good either!
B: HiFi choc orange bar,(HEXB) banana, cup of coffee with HEXA milk
L: Punnet of cherry tomatoes, ham, bottle of water
Snack: More ham and half a Belvita breakfast biscuit that I ate between four bits while doing a survey (1.5 syns)
T: Tesco Light Choices Mushroom Stroganoff and rice (5 syns) steamed mixed veg, 2 pints of NAS cordial and mineral water, Kinder bar (3.5 syns)
Total: 10 syns
Body magic: I think in total about 4 miles walking today.
Am fully expecting a gain, I don't deserve a loss - my heart isn't in it this week
