Maman - Wine syns are the best - you enjoy0

Sorry, not sure what you mean. Is it a can of spaghetti in sauce? What are the words on the packaging?
I've done my shop, strangely not really hungry for any lunch (must be keeping going on last night's Indian). I'll have a banana just to make sure I've got SFs inside me. SW Bolognese planned for tonight so only syns in a bit of Parmesan although not much milk either today so could be cancelled out. But as it's Friday, there'll be wine syns.:D
Is just asda dry spaghetti I am going to cook, how many syns?sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.0 -

Oh sorry.:oProvided you're doing EE or Green it's absolutely free as long as you don't add any synful sauces/oil etc. Enjoy!0 -
A change of plan for lunch today! DGD decided she wanted to go home before lunch so ended up having lunch there - trouble was there wasn't anything SW friendly! so ended up using my HEB bread with a teaspoon of strawberry jam smeared over it, no butter, so only 0.5 syn. Had a banana when I got home.
Will do extra veg tonight. DH has decided he doesn't want chilli so am going to do a shepherds pie so will add: onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, peppers and will serve with mashed swede, cabbage and possibly peas. Will hopefully be enough SFs to cover not having any at lunch after all.
Other syns will be a glass or 2 of red and probably another small piece of pumpkin pie.

Sorry I'm a bit behind with this but hugs lantana, hope you can find some comfort in others words, especially the Rainbow Bridge.0

Starting afresh today! Have put on 1.5 lbs this week and its been a pound or so gain for weeks now and it has got to stop!!
It can only be little bits that are all adding up because I don't ever eat bread, biscuits, crisps, I don't drink alcohol, I don't take sugar and I only drink skimmed milk. I eat loads of fruit and veg, lean meats, fish etc and I never eat fried foods.
I plateaued out some time ago (despite sticking to plan) and it just went on and on and I got fed up with it and started having maybe a bit of cheese or a hot chocolate drink - that really is the limit of my "badness" (if that's the right word).
I walk briskly for 30 mins every day and once a week I do a longer brisk walk with a group. I also do yoga once a week. Exercise makes no difference whatsoever to my weight except I do feel better for doing it.
I still need to lose a couple of stones so it definitely isn't because I'm close to target.
Don't really have an answer for you but thought Id bump it up so others can comment. My first thought was could there be this 🍼 reason? But not knowing your age/situation I may get a slap 👊 💥😳😰Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Lantana, I am sorry to hear about your faithful friend - that's the only bad thing about pets - their lives are shorter than ours.
Halloween played a trick on me yesterday and I had some of the trick or treat sweeties and also some hot dogs!
Today so far I have had:
B: 1 slice WM bread, spread (1syn) milk, apple
L: Chicken stir fry, clementineBaked potato, bacon, brussel sprouts (lots), mushrooms.
Syns Cheese (1 oz, 6 syns) wine, 125ml (6 syns)
Does that look all right?Trying to keep in budget.

If it's dried rigid pasta, then it's free - if it's 'ambient' i.e. pre-cooked in the chiller aisle then it'll have syns because it'll have oil in it, like the fresh pasta (stuffed tortellini & ravioli etc)
Just popped to Asda & still can't find any popping candy freddo's but I did end up with a couple of small Wham bars - think they are 5.5 syns each & will take forever to eat because they stick your jaws together :rotfl: I found I could get through curly wurly's too quickly!0 -
Just read back - sorry to hear about your pooch lantanna - I'm always devastated when we lose pets (we've always had cats, in-laws have always had cocker spaniels) - my FIL's last cocker died 6 months before I gave borth to my dd - I'm fairly sure she's a reincarnation of him as she's fascinated by collecting stones which he was too :rotfl:
Today's been a strange day;
B; slept through it - couldn't wake up this morning & kept falling asleep with dd attached to a dvd
L; slept through it - when dd went down for a nap, so did IHad pasta, baked beans & cheese (HEa) at 3.30 when my Mom took dd for an hour or so
D; sausages (4 syns), mashed potato, carrots & green beans
Sn; wham bar maybe (5.5) & Hi-Fi bar (HEb)
It's going to be a VERY dangerous weekend for me. Hubby was taking dd to my FIL's tomorrow overnight, but they've gone tonight instead so I'm home alone until midday Sunday  Normally I would have a treat of chinese tomorrow night (7 syns chow mein) but I'm at risk of going out & buying chocolate, crisps & cakes to enjoy by myself. I know that sounds terrible, but I'm a real 'secret' eater. Would never eat any of that in front of anyone else! I must be strong0 -
its been an ok day, I really need to plan in advance more so I am not scrabbling around deciding what to have for dinner 5 minutes before its time to cook it!
B. Banana
L. Ryvita (HEXB), light soft cheese (HEXA), tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, syn free hummus
D. Eggs and wedges, melon, mango and pineapple with half fat crème fraiche (1 1/2 syns)
2 syn for sugar, leaves some syns for a treat later, if I can manage it, i'm pretty full :rotfl:.
The hummus I made is good/ok, its hummus-ish and its syn free to I shall persevere with it.
Congratulations to everyone who has had a loss :T0
