The bit at the bottom, you go to the green strip at the top and choose "User CP", down the left hand side choose "edit signature", then add what you want to put and save.
I think that's how I did it, I only did it for the first time today myself :rotfl:

Evening all am still here just
, been suffering with indigestion every day since Sunday. Last time I had so much indigestion turned out I had an ulcer so hoping it's not that again. Meds for that were like horse tablets
. Lots of body magic yesterday, today and tomorrow as have been walking to the hospital which is about 2.5 miles away. Took me 50 mins yesterday at a steady pace (for me
) thought today would take longer as my legs ached but only took 45 mins instead :rotfl: only down side is its a very long, lonely walk mostly past fields. Must remember my iPod tomorrow. Mum still poorly, had a relapse yesterday so looking like a long stay
. So still stressed, still tired despite being on hols. Need to go lay down in a dark room for a week :rotfl:
Keep the faith all :A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

The wholemeal crispbreads are no longer HEB - they've changed the recipe and there's not enough fibre in them now! They're now 1.5 syns each:eek: - certainly not worth it. I'd rather have 3 normal Ryvita as HEB.
Denise
OMG  they are still in the pigging book she gave me when I joined a week ago, it's bad enough that they are foul but 1 1/2syns each . No kit kat for me tonight then. Definitely sticking to my Dark Rye Ryvita from now on, that'll learn me0 -

Ohhhh I've just been very, very naughty. I've pulled something in my leg and the pain was driving me so bonkers that I needed a painkiller. And I had to eat something with my painkiller. Again was driven so bonkers I had a large bowl of naughty chocolate cereal that's about 35 syns  a line will be drawn.
