Had a good food day today, but I just don't feel 'satisfied'. I'm not hungry so the Toad has definately gone (I hope!), just don't know what's wrong with me! Kinda need chocolate, but also not desperate for it :/ Somebody slap me!

    👋 consider it done! :)

That wasn't too bad for a meal out Mildredd. I think you were very controlled.:T Did you treat yourself to jeans or anything?

MrsR, if you really can't manage the 'birthday' dress then try Primark or a Charity shop for the Miss Slinky although I wouldn't worry too much as I'm sure not everyone will be dressed up. You could just wear your smartest trousers & top and make a big effort to get made up. As for the rugby day, I'd let yourself have a day off or rather a meal off. That's all it is. You won't put back on all the weight you've lost in one meal. You'll probably gain a bit that one WI and then you'll lose it again quickly.

wiz, potatoes shouldn't be an issue if you're cooking them SW way. Bread's a bit harder but if you must have it then syn it although I do know some people who are intolerant and cut it out completely. If your weightloss is stalling why not try a few days of Success Express?

:Ttravelling light, great feeling to get to target.;)

WI for me tomorrow. Hope I haven't gained in the first week. STS is what I really need or better still a small loss.

Well I've finished my cupcakes for work, i'd like to say that I haven't touched anything but I've probably had a whole cupcake with the bits and pieces I've "tried".
I've got really bad toothache and I've been taking quite strong painkillers which made me feel a bit icky..

Well I think some bits of cupcake are just what one needs when one feels icky!

Don't worry about it Shala, it's not likely to have made much difference over the week. Much more important to congratulate yourself on resisiting the chips!

Oh and pudding club this week a measly -1

Maman- I didn't, ended up treating my dd and well as my sister pointed out there's no way of knowing what size ill be and then ill be more disappointed if they don't fit - same with a jumper I've wanted for a while. I used to treat myself to pjs but couldn't even do that lol xxx might treat myself to some smellies later at the boots event xxx
Nandos is a not too bad food place just struggle to get super free as I don't like the classic salad ie tomato cucumber but the butterfly chicken is 3.5 (read its free if the skins removed though) and the spicy rice is 3.5 and corn n classic salad are free to xxx

Beanie - here's hoping for a loss for you

    Congrats to all losers

Shala (I'm ignoring the cupcake that fell in your mouth ;)how yyon earth did you resist chippy chips I actually can not do that I <3 chippy

  • Hi all, weighed in last night and lost 1.5 :) OH put on 2.5! Hopefully he will get back on track now. Are we declaring our weekly loss yet? I can't remember if this counts as week 1 or not? I did declare my target way before WI?

Couldn't stay to group last night (I've only stayed once in a year) but I think it'll help me a bit if I try to stay to one soon. I tried to buy a countdown last night but as I'm a shift worker it wouldn't work on the system... slightly annoying!

    Morning All!

Just came back from holiday (a cruise) last night so was hoping to join in the Xmas challenge as I have another cruise in March next year and do not want to find I'm still unhappy with the way I look again like I did this last week!

If I can join, I would like to go for 10lbs off by Xmas (sorry I don't know how to make it bigger!)
    Debt free 2018 :)

Wins for 2020: April - Flowers, Keyring
