  • Well done everyone on your losses :T, I count every pound as a step in the right direction, but as my daughter says, "sometimes you have to take the scenic route" :D

I agree with your sister mildredd, you never know whether the jeans will fit nearer Christmas. I don't mean that you won't have lost but I always end up trying on loads of pairs to get a cut I like.

WI for me this morning and I lost 0.5lbs.

I've put it in bold for when Shala does the list at the weekend but I'm quite down about it. Ridiculous really as I'm below target (just). I think it's because I know I've been 100% on plan so hoped for a bit more.

This week is going to be more difficult as I have a meal out on Tuesday and DH has just suggested we go to cinema/drink/meal later. He means well as he's been really busy lately and thinks he's been neglecting me.:( Oh well, I'll just go with the flow and stay on plan as much as I can.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk, strawberries
    L: roasted veg pasta salad
    D: who knows?;)

Hi all, very tired this morning!

    B; banana
    L; savoury rice
D; duck breasts (HEb + will count 2 syns for plum sauce), various veg & mini new potatos.

Think I'm going to be hungry after my savoury rice as I haven't really had any breakfast but can't think what to have. Very stuck in a rut as can't be arsed to cook/think at the mo!

    C xx

The toad appears to have taken up residence in the Mildredd household :@
Hate that when I'm upset I still turn to the nearest food to hand
Even tried to avoid it by bathing dd, going for a walk
Came home via morrisons and reasoned I'd treat her (read I wanted it really)
    Have just inhaled
The pastry from a creamy chicken pie and the pastry from a sausage roll - I knew dd would leave them and knew I'd be tempted by them what is wrong with me :'(
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb

Big hugs, been there done that. Draw a line & leave it at that if you can? I don't know if I've missed why you're upset but I'm exactly the same. :grouphug:

Maman - I know exactly where you are coming from but try not to be too disappointed - although saying that I can't really talk as even though I am right at the bottom of my target range I still get a bit miffed when I don't lose anything when I get on the scales each week - doesn't make sense does it :o.

Let your DH spoil you a bit tonight and then get back on track tomorrow - you have been at target for so long I know you can get straight back to it ;) - enjoy your evening :T
