How cool am I?! I'm skipping a work night out and making false excuses so I can go to my first meeting tonight!

Went to WI this morning and was surprised at a 0.5lb loss - really thought the best I could hope for was a maintain.

    Another EE day today:

    B - banana
L - red pepper & orange soup (recipe from website) - OK but a bit sweet
D - salmon, stir fry veg, noodles

    HEA - milk in tea
    HEB - bread with soup
    Syns - no idea yet!

Just running on quickly to say thanks for the suggestions. I've bought a lovely kimono top (size 14! Size 14!! Sorry :D) from Dotty P's sale today and some nice sparkly black jeans from Bon Marche so I think I'll wear those for Miss Slinky with my sparkly heeled boots and maybe my chain belt. I'm one of those people who are super concious about wearing the same clothes each weigh in- I usually wear vest top and leggings with a hoodie and Uggs but I can sling the kimono top over my vest and change into my jeans after WI :) thanks everyone xx will post my menu later when I've eaten xx

Hey, can I just ask how people make the font larger? Want to post my losses (Ta-ra!!) for Shala. Also I notice some of you have put it on the bottom of each post, could you please tell me how to do that too? Thanks, stupidly

    Hi,

I wondered how to make it bigger too so if anyone knows that would be great!

To post the bit at the bottom, you just go to 'User CP' at the top here then go to 'edit signature' and you can put whatever you want in there...

    Morning All!

Just came back from holiday (a cruise) last night so was hoping to join in the Xmas challenge as I have another cruise in March next year and do not want to find I'm still unhappy with the way I look again like I did this last week!

If I can join, I would like to go for 10lbs off by Xmas (sorry I don't know how to make it bigger!)

Shala_Moo did you happen to see my request above to join the challenge-didn't know if I was too late or not?

  • In the box where you type the message there is 2 drop downs, one with font, Verdana etc, next to it numbers, which is font size. You just choose those as you would if you were word processing, same with colour (the A drop down).

The bit at the bottom, you go to the green strip at the top and choose "User CP", down the left hand side choose "edit signature", then add what you want to put and save.

I think that's how I did it, I only did it for the first time today myself :rotfl:
  • Not a bad day, I've made synless hummus, i'm not sold yet but apparently it tastes better the next day so I will see.

I also had 6 wholemeal crispbread, never had them before, and i'm never having them again, look like balsa wood and that seemed to be the taste too :(. I would rather stick with 4 dark rye ryvita, which I love, lesson learned, quality over quantity.

    B.None
    L. crispbread (HEXB) laughing cow (HEXA), salmon, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onion.
    D. Light sausage, mash, pea's and sweetcorn

3 syns for the sausages, 1 1/2 gravy. Will probably have either crisps or 2 finger Kit Kat later.

The wholemeal crispbreads are no longer HEB - they've changed the recipe and there's not enough fibre in them now! They're now 1.5 syns each:eek: - certainly not worth it. I'd rather have 3 normal Ryvita as HEB.

Krisprolls are quite nice for anything like laughing cow/hummus etc - they're a bit hard to start with ( like overdone toast), but quite moreish :D I think 3 of those are still a HEb
