There's a lot of backsliding going on here tonight. I'm part of it as I've had crisps again!:(

I know it may seem odd for people to talk about all the bad things they've had but I think it's an AA sort of thing and we just want to be open and honest and start afresh.

Anyhow, my idea is to follow shala's advice and tomorrow I WILL stick to my plan.
Maman, have you tried SP K Crisps, you can have 21 for 94 cals and I think they will be the same syns as SP K breakfast bars 4.5 syns. If your downfall is crisps, try them 21 is quite a good few.
Oh and I looked at Success Express, It's not for me. far too many veggies for me I struggle eating veg. I am trying Mix 2 MAX ror a day or two. I am getting fed up not making much headway in almost 15 months I have only lost 12 pound.
Anyway, try the crisps if you haven't already. They are lovely. Wiz

Am thinking fried tinned potatoes & egg & beans for breakfast.
    This is my new 'thing'.
All free of course which is good :)
Leftover courgette & mushroom risotto for lunch ~ free too.
    Maybe vegetable frittata for tea.

Get you beanie, that sounds like a lovely menu. I'm impressed with tinned potatoes. I'd never bought them before but tried them in a frittata, so easy and cheap too.

    Morning all!

I have my motivation today to get back on the wagon
1- last Christmas I got a Tshirt I've lusted after for quite frankly years. However it only went up to a size smaller than what I was so I said nah get me it it'll fit - it didn't and I put it in the wardrobe - just found it yesterday when clearing out and it fit :D perhaps a bit on the big side too :)
2- smaller knickers ;) that is all smaller knickers!!

    2 great NSVs!:D

shala, do you 'stick' the hash brown together with anything? They sound really tasty.

Thanks for the crisps advice wiz. I haven't tried them. What I've done (very foolishly:mad:) is buy in some large family bags of Kettle crisps on offer for Christmas. DH has finished last night's bag of crumbs off with his lunch and I've told him I'm NOT having any tonight. Definitely!!

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk
    L: fruit??
D: roast beef, SW roasties and parsnips, swede&carrot mash, cabbage
Syns: gravy, tsp of horseradish and I've sprinkled some cheese over the mash but I'll probably offset that by very few teas today. And, of course weekend wine syns!
