Well, as expected I have done shockingly badly this week and so I stick my two fingers up to myself and declare proudly:-
Shala: +2.5
I'm hoping it'll be quickly on, quickly off. Good luck all strugglers, there seem to be a few of us around at the moment, and well done those who are making good progress, you keep me motivated.0 -
No syns planned as yet but have something later.Denise
Editing to add syns -
1 tsp butter - 2
12.5g sauce flour - 2
So total of 4 planned so far; not sure if I'll have any more as haven't got any chocolate in the fridge although have some Sunbites in the cupboard may have some of those but will still be under on syns for the day.

With WI tomorrow in mind I'm sticking to plan still. I'm not sure what today will be EE or Red.
So far I'm heading for a red, just depends on if I mash a butternut squash, or sweet potatoes for dinner this evening.
B. melon, pineapple and kiwi with Muller light (not much Kiwi, i'm not keen, but stupidly sent husband to shop for some exotic fruit, and that's what he returned with, that and banana's). Gonna take the remaining 2 to WI tomorrow!
L. wm bread (HEXB) with a smear of butter(2), leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion, with some naturally righteous caper dressing and some raspberries. I have a weakness for decent, salty butter but managed to keep it to a tiny bit.
D. will be more pork loins, probably butternut mash, asparagus and broccoli.
HEXA has gone on skimmed milk, and if I stay on a red day I will probably have some cheese and ryvita for supper, and not bother with any chocolate etc. Sometimes I think I am eating sweets or chocolate in the evening because I have the syns for them, not because I REALLY want them
Congratulations to all the losers, and for the others taking the "scenic route" plenty of time to get back on track :T0 -
Well done all the losers :j and if you've put on a bit then get back up onto the SW wagon and get on track.
I had a slightly naughty weekend (a bit of fish and chips at the fun fair amongst other treats) but I'm on it again today.
Did a half walk/half jog for 45 minutes with the dog first thing.
Today is a green day as I don't have much Superfree in.
B: Apple and tea and coffee (HEA, milk)
L: Lentil dahl and rice. (3 syns mango chutney)Minestrone soup - will have to look for a recipe.
Snacks: apple satsuma.
HEB, probably bread with soup.
HEA cheese.Trying to keep in budget.
