Thanks for you concern Maman. I do eat to 'fullness' and don't feel hungry at all. I didn't t have many superfrees today because the fridge is a bit bare until I get a chance to go to the shops, which is why I decided to do green today as I have plenty of pulses and staples. In fact the pulses are really excellent food, very good for you.
I don't actually eat large amounts of anything, my portion control is good, but my weakness and why I carry a bit of extra weight is wine and sweeties. I also like fried food (like the fish and chips from the fun fair!!)

I re jigged my dinner a bit:

Chicken noodle soup with some cheese and bread. A satsuma for dessert

So my HEAs are 200 ml milk and 30g cheddar cheese,
My HEBs are bread and chicken (about 50g in the soup)
SF -5 pieces of fruit, onions and mushrooms.
    Trying to keep in budget.

I'm an all or nothing type gal I'm afraid, but as I don't drink alcohol anymore it's going to be a sad Christmas with just nas squash to drink, so I'll wait until Jan to give up pop again! I can't cut down on choc - that'd just make me want more.

I don't know what the answer is for me, but I've got to try everything :/

I know what you mean about all or nothing Skint Catt. I'm a bit like that with alcohol to be honest, which is why I post a lot on the 'cutting down alcohol' thread in DFW.
I can have times when I'm a bit bingey on the sweet stuff, and I do find that just cutting it out completely does help.

 but within syns I hope!;)

Agree about the pulses gien, healthy as well as filling. It was just that I looked at your teeny breakfast and a bowl of soup for supper and thought it looked a bit thin on the ground.

sukysue, it's fine to use your HEA for milk in drinks but if you don't use much that way you can always make up your allowance with cheese.

The breakfast was a bit scant I agree - I generally don't like breakfast anyway, and didn't want to eat before going running (makes me feel sick if I do). SO, by the time I got back, it wasn't too long till lunch so I just grabbed an apple.

Frogga, I'm curious as to what it is you're eating when you lose it. Is it that you eat all the week's planned syns/treats in one go?

I eat anything that isn't nailed down, and a few things that are :o
Bread, toast, more toast, more bread, biscuits, and all the goodies I bought for Halloween that were still here as we didn't get any callers, more bread, more toast, sweets that were Mr Frogs but he took too long to eat them, and some more bread. And a bit of toast :D
