I've got a sore back tonightcombination of power walking and sitting wrapping Christmas presents for nearly 2 hours xxx
I had a question actually - today my consultant mentioned Christmas? And said its okay ill let you lot have 3 days off?? I have no idea what she means I presumed she meant from weigh ins? Then she said and you'll all be weighing in on the 23rd December as the 30th your not effected by the bank hols? XxxStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Well that's what I thought then I thought how can she actively say and promote everyone going off plan for 3 days? I thought she'd be saying try and be restrained or something?Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Eleanor - Im sorry for your loss. xx
Well - utter shock at weigh in.. 2lbs off!! :j :j Even after being so naughty when I was feeling so poorly these last few days. I've even been naughtier than usual todayI make a rule of 'no syns before weigh in' but I had a bag of Metcalfe's skinny topcorn (5.5) and it was yummy
and it did me no harm!! Going to try and regroup this week. Hopefully I wont feel as poorly this week - was dreading Saturday as I'm going to an away match but the food options seem pretty decent and they do jacket spuds which is a bonus. Only issue is the drink but I think I'm going to try and stick to Diet Coke at the game so I can have a couple of vodkas in the pub afterwards
Monday's menu:
B: Frozen mixed fruit
L: Metcalfe's skinny sea salt topcorn (5.5) apple, banana
Snack: Choc orange HiFi bar at group, banana
T: Tesco Lighter Choices mushroom stroganoff and rice (5.5) steamed mixed veg, jacket potato
Drinks: 2 bottles of mineral water, NAS squash and a large skinny latte this afternoon (ooops)
Hope everyones ok. I'm off to try and get some kip tonight - haven't slept properly for these last few nights. xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Oh eleanorf, so sorry to hear your sad news. I can't imagine how hard it must be. I'm sure you're right to concentrate on eating as healthily as you can. It'll help a bit. Please post as often as you like, anything.:)0

I'm so sorry for your loss eleanorf. Like maman I think you're right to be trying to eat as healthily as you can.
I ended up having a bag of Sunbites last night (hadn't realised they were 6 syns - thought they were 5!) but still only had 10 syns so pleased with that.
Having an EE day today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast; bowl of melon with FF natural yoghurt
L - LO bacon & egg gratinee (counted syns for it yesterday so won't be today!)
D - Rest of the boiled bacon with stir fry veg & noodles with lots of soy sauce
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - toast for breakfast
Syns - smear of butter on toast 3.5; fruit split lolly 3 = 6.5
total of 59.5 syns for the week so far and just tomorrow to go before WI on Thursday am. Hope I get a good loss this week!
