    [QUOTE=joedenise;63674278Having an EE day today:

B - scrambled eggs on toast; bowl of melon with FF natural yoghurt
L - LO bacon & egg gratinee (counted syns for it yesterday so won't be today!)
D - Rest of the boiled bacon with stir fry veg & noodles with lots of soy sauce

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - toast for breakfast
Syns - smear of butter on toast 3.5; fruit split lolly 3 = 6.5

total of 59.5 syns for the week so far and just tomorrow to go before WI on Thursday am. Hope I get a good loss this week!Denise[/QUOTE]

This has all changed! Spent too long on the laptop this morning so ended up with no breakfast:( so have decided to have scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast.

The ham & egg gratinee I was going to have for my lunch I've decided there's enough there for both DH and I to have tonight with loads of green veg (we just had spinach last night) so :money:.

Stirfry will now be dinner tomorrow night:T.

Thanks for all the support . I veer from feeling as if I am going out of my mind, to being so angry,to being so unbelievably sad.

I have just done an hours body pump and then ran around the local park for 45 minutes. I am exhausted but at least my heart rate has settled down!

I am just cooking a jacket potato to have with tuna. I had a couple of poached eggs on ww wholemeal bread this am and will be having salmon and rice this evening . I have also had some melon and an apple. Drinking loads of water after that article in the daily mail today! I am 53 and people always tell me I look at least 10 years younger, but according to her you can look 10 years younger just by drinking 3 litres of water a day. At this rate I could end up looking like a teenager :D
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

Hi everyone, I haven't been on here in a while as sadly my lovely OH passed away the Friday before last. As you can imagine my mind hasn't been on SW, but I have decided I need to get back on plan because I need to give myself some structure. The funeral is not until next Monday and I have loads of family coming at the weekend but at least if I get back into thinking about what I am eating it will be a start. Today I have had:
B: oatibix and skimmed milk 9.5 s plus hea
    S:banana
L: jacket potato, cottage cheese, homemade coleslaw (1s) tuna
D: mushroom risotto with cheese and wine in it
S: 3 mince pies (whoops) 1 sq dark choc. (Found it in the cupboard, only 1sq left or it would have been more) apple

Nearly finished the packet of oatibix so will replace with weetabix for my HEB. I let myself get too hungry, that's why Ihad the 3 mince pies, then I couldn't finish my risotto.

I have enjoyed reading through everyone's posts, and congratulations to all you losers, and hugs to those who are struggling.

Sorry Eleanor. my thoughts are with you at this sad time Wiz

Thanks for all the support . I veer from feeling as if I am going out of my mind, to being so angry,to being so unbelievably sad. I have to make a decision as to whether I allow him unsupervised access to our child who is on the autism spectrum. I say that mainly because of the drugs- he has been so volatile recently, very snappy with our son and almost bipolar in nature. I couldn't put a handle on what was going on,but now I know. His driving also shocked me over the last week. I think I need to seek professional help, from my child's therapist and from my solicitor .

Eleanorf - so sorry for your loss, i'm sure your family will help you through this difficult time and if you stick to plan too it will be a bonus

SuziQ - you must be devastated and feel so very betrayed. Take your time to think things over as to what is best for you and your child.

I have a glut of courgettes - any easy-ish suggestions please? Ta :)
  • Has anyone had experience of 'taking over' a membership contract?

I have informed Bannaytyne back in June that I lost my job and would be able to afford to pay my DD, nevertheless, had being advised that shouldn’t be problem and “Sam” cancelled my membership with no further invoice to come.
Subsequently, I received an invoice to pay £421 for the service I never used as per their T&C!!

Who ever sit down and read the small print of every phara of the bloody T&C??? Although, never advised either the day I became a member nor later!!!

Can someone tell me please, if this is right to rub people specially on this economic climate where the job market it’s down and people are struggling to afford to live, ie pay a rent, food, council tax, gas & electricity bills and etc???

Askyou - this isn't the right thread for your query. Not sure where would be best but perhaps "Consumer rights" forum.
