Mildredd - I'm giving a two fingered salute to the world at the minute as well.

Everyone has an opinion on something in my life and I don't want to hear it!

A man in work on Saturday also told me that I had lost an unbelievable amount of weight but I needed to buy some new clothes - cheeky !!!!er!!!

Well done to the losers :)

If I have a maintain or a small gain this week I'll be ok with that after the circumstances surrounding last weeks loss.

Finally back on track and determined.

I found out last week how heartbreak and severe emotional distress can affect your weight:
Sorry that I felt I should delete this detail now that the regulars have read it. Will do the same with my other posts.

I feel like such a stupid idiot.

    Hey ho.

I can only control my own behaviour so here's to me continuing to lose weight and reclaim some of my damaged self esteem! I only need to lose about another stone so am going to do as much damage as I can before Christmas.

Sorry to be such a Debbie downer but I am so raw at the moment :(
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

Beanie's right about the 365. Our consultant is making plans for weigh and go sessions on the days closest to Christmas/New Year and in a big city like mine there's always other groups. I'd ask for clarification if I were you.

I'm quite fortunate with Christmas as I am more a savoury person than sweet. So I can gorge to my hearts content on roasts and cold meats and pickles, just need to go easy on the crisps and avoid too many sandwiches.

My consultant loves to tell people how I lost 5.5lbs over Christmas when I was getting to target. What she doesn't add is that I'd gained the week before from Christmas nibbles.:o

I'm doing my best today but this evening will be off plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk
    L: LO veg with ham
D: out at carvery but and have some wine. It could be worse, I'll pile my plate with cabbage!:rotfl:

SuziQ! That's so terrible, I'm so sorry that he's treated you & your children like that :(
Elenorf - so sorry for your loss :(

Well WI came & went & I showed my face & then escaped. I gained 1lb :( I'm doing so well on this challenge aren't I? lol

I'm now back up to 0.5lb off my 1.5stone award (2.5lbs higher than my lowest so far), so I haven't lost that yet & at the moment, I'm determined not to, but what will later today/tomorrow/the weekend hold?

Can anyone recommend a hot meal that is low on syns AND low in Weightwatchers points? I have a friend coming over on Friday evening & don't want to wreck her plan :)

    C xx

I can only echo what mich said suzi. And that includes the fact that it's easy for me to say. I feel so ashamed that I've been feeling sorry for myself for the past week when I've got absolutely nothing to be sorry about.

Do post often and we'll help any way we can.:)

skint, shame about the small gain but could be a lot worse. You'll get there. :T on going to WI.
