Sorry Frogga I'm pretty sure Catt will agree your not welcome in the 16 for Christmas challenge.
Now stop hogging the toad and pass it on to some random person who none of us know
Shala your organisation astounds me - how mad is the amount of weight that's been pledged
Had my dinner and feeling hungrybut don't wanna eat for eatings sake as I tend to over eat may have some nas Ribena and some random fruit from the slimmer of the week basket.
Maman - think ill probably end up at nandos tomorrow might try and convince the sis that nandos although yummy did nothing for me without the beautiful delicious bun and mayo so to try else where - nandos is our staple shopping eatery though
Will take a bag of snacks for me to graze on should it be required
Debating buying a pair of 16 jeans tomorrow as an incentive but I've done it in the past with expensive jeans and ended up throwing them out in a rage after failing at a quick fixStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Hi All,
Thanks so much for doing the chart Shala, just the incentive I need after my trip to see family in Norfolk involved fish and chips, candy floss, a visit to the curry house and enough red wine to sink a battle ship  I do not dare weigh myself at the mo but have gone back to my SW ways.
Well done Mildredd on being slimmer of the week :T I say buy the jeans, we all deserve a treat sometimes. Althoguh when I don't feel like clothes shopping (as I feel chubby) I treat my self to a nice lippy or nail varnish instead of a cream cake like I used to.
Hi to all the newbies, not caught up yet with everyones news but hope you are all doing OK, as my skinny little sister said to me this week, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels ( aren't thin people annoying sometimes!!)0 -

Hiya everyone
I've had quite a busy day today. Blimey it's cold! Have had to get the fleecy trackie bottoms out for the first time
although I don't mind. They're very nice grey ones with a white print- size 18 :j last winter I was in size 24 ones which were tight in places. These ones hang rather nicely
Today's menu:
B: 2 Tesco Wheat Biscuits (HEXB) with HEXA skimmed milk, chopped banana. NAS cordial and mineral water. I had an early doctors appointment this morning so I just went for something quick because I wasn't awake enough for anything else
L: Pasta with Saturday's left over bolognaise (Quorn mince and tinned tomatoes) bowl of mixed salad with fat-free vinegarette, apple, Vanilla Mullerlight
Litre of NAS cordial with mineral water in my sports bottle while out walking
T: Big jacket potato with a measured t spoon of light spread (1.5) beans. Broccoli. Small bar of kinder choc (3.5) pint of NAS cordial with mineral water.
S: Hoops and crosses (4.5) and MugShot
Hope everyone is ok xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Thanks for those tips, i love sausages forgot about those!
Peppers in brine i got from either Lidl or Aldi after Jamie recommended them.
Stupidly, I looked in the cupboard and I've got a jar of Aldi's. I thought they were in oil.:o
Lots of great positivity on here today. We'll remember that mantra 'Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'!!:T
Great news about the trackies MrsR, you must feel fantastic to have dropped so many sizes already. So you'll be in the size 16 (at least) by Christmas gang.;)
Enjoy Nando's mildredd and hope the shopping trip is successful. Personally I wouldn't buy the jeans, I'd do like shelly suggested and treat yourself to something like a bag or shoes or scarf or pampering treat. If you spend a lot on jeans they my not fit properly even when you've dropped sizes. They'll still be there in a few weeks time when you can find a pair that really fit.0 -
I'm already in a 16 on the top and have been for a little while. However it would be lovely to be a 16 all over (my beloved Lipsy bottoms are all 16s and they've always fitted surprisingly well) however it's jeans that are my problem- I'm pretty much in a comfy 18 now. Said trackie bottoms were tight admittedly when I bought them but they're just right now.
so yeah a 16 on my bottom half would be lovely- I carry all my weight on my tummy, I'm quite small busted with narrow shoulders so when I'm in a 16 on the bottom chances are I'll be edging towards a 12 on top

Not talking about last night. The Toad had his feet firmly under my table. I'll try to kick him out today, but I don't want to make false promises. I'll keep busy. Mildredd I'm sorry but I've sent him your way
