Glad you enjoyed your first group ap1986 - your menu looks a little bit light on SF with meals though. Maybe you are balancing it out with lots of SF elsewhere?

I am really struggling this last few days - I am constantly hungry! I'm not a fan of raw veggies, and i wouldn't like to eat bacon/ham every single day (too much salt) how can i fill myself up?
I also feel like i am eating too much fruit and wont lose so i dont want to eat even more of that. I am a little and often person and i am struggling to find something for breakfast that lasts until lunch and therefore i am hungry 2 hours afterwards and constantly throughout the dayYou're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -

I did think that it looked a bit light with the SF. Am going to properly plan out everything for the rest of the week to include a lot more. I will be snacking on fruits today I just wanted to make sure it's all 'right' in my mind before I properly meal planned for the rest of the week, but wanted to be on plan for today - that makes total sense in my head but now it's written down I don't know if it does
I love that there are so many people here who don't mind giving your menu a once overmakes it a lot easier I think so thank you!!

Tuesday 29nd October
Breakfast~ baked beans onopened wholemeal roll (HEB) & 2 poached eggs & grated cheese (HEA) ontop sitting on a huge bed of leaves
Snack ~ ff yog & banana
Lunch~ Hm spicy chili beans(spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,) cauli, leeks & wm rice
Snack ~ Satsuma & 2 apples
Tea~ sw chips, bakedbeans, cauli, broc, leeks & broad beans & grated cheese (HEA)
Evening Treat ~ might havesomething from my newly restocked cupboard but at the moment I'm happy to just keep looking at it all, sniffing it, and then putting it back. Think of Fagin in Oliver Twist but with Chocolate not moneySay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

I know ... I got up late so was a bit of a rush this morning ... Will try to plan better for tomorrow (breakfast should have been ready brek with raspberries and bananas). Apart from the salad on my sandwich I have had no superfree :eek: will have some fruit and add mushrooms and onions to the sauce.Course u can join us Maddy, just let me know what your target loss is in the next 8 weeks and i'll add you to the list!

For super free boosters I eat pickled onions and beetroot
Menu for today
Breakfast - grapes n apple
Lunch - ryvita minis, 1 extra light laughing cow triangle, ham, apple (was eaten on the run pah and didn't fill me at all)
Dinner - spag Bol - the sauce is pretty much all super free just the mince and pasta free?
Will have some fruit to balance out my lunchpah rubbish day really
Tomorrow is going to be a flexi lunch as going Xmas shopping
So will fill up at breakfast n dinner on super frees to hopefully offset the bad lunch x
Sorry it was me being weird with the weigh in dates? I just thought it was like when u started sw and had a weigh in then it was a week later to get first weight loss xxx

I'm a bit cheesed off. I'd like to binge. So I've brushed my teeth. It's come out of nowhere really. I can have a little something if I want it, but I'm not sure I dare. I do not feel in control of the treats like I sometimes am.
I've got a bar of Dairy Milk Christmas trees that's half brown/half yellow chocolate. I thought I could eat 1/4 at a time. I don't think I'd be able to stop at 1/4.

Today's meals have been;
B. Bacon, egg and Mushrooms and a Banana.
I'm not really a breakfast person and have to force myself to eat before lunch. It's usually a mullerlight and a banana, but no school runs mean a little more time.
L. 4 dark rye Ryvita's (HEXB)with 4 Extra light laughing cow triangle (some of my HEXA), plus cherry tomato's and cucumber.
I've pretty much cut my tea and coffee back to 2 cups a day so I can keep the A's for cheese, as an alternative its been a few glasses of NAS Ribena.
I will syn the sugar from my hot drinks (can't stand sweeteners of any form, including in diet drinks so another good reason to drink less tea and coffee).
I won't eat before WI tonight, and then after it will be quite late, so I intend to have a little treat of chorizo, red onion and cheese on toast for my supper. Its quite good that the meeting is late, less time to treat myself :rotfl:0 -
Just had a brilliant plan, as I don't like being left out, I'll join Mildredd and Catt in aiming for size 16 by Christmas, so as I'm now a size 12, I've got to go up 2 sizes, that means I can go and get that chocolate :T
