Be a Christmas Cracker not a Christmas Pudding Challenge Day 4

    Tuesday 29nd October
Morning All  the wind has died down considerably.

Mr Frog got home at 9pm but at least he got home. We spent all day worrying about him driving a huge lorry in that weather, I felt on edge all day.

I really wanted to eat in the evening. Relief maybe? I didn't though so now I'm glad about that, especially seeing how everyone's doing so well.

I guess it doesn't matter when we weigh in as long as we only count 8 weeks worth? Well done on the first losses, it was a real boost just reading that :T

Have a good one people :D

Surely our first challenge weight losses will start a week from it starting so Saturday/Sunday well see the first losses posted?
I wasn't counting mine as challenge loss :s

    Has nothing to say tonight

I think they should be too..

This week is your start week, so take note of your start weight, WEEK 1 losses will be next week.. Frogga can you confirm that's right please :o I'm in a muddle already :rotfl:

Great losses though peeps :j:T well done x

That would sound sensible to me Shala and Mildredd  but who's gonna tell FireEmber that her 3.5lb doesn't count? Not me, I'm too chicken _pale_

I guess we should clarify 'the rules' so we all know where we are?

We started the 8 Week Challenge on the week beginning Sat 26th so any day between Sat 26th and Friday 1st Nov could be your start day. Your weight on that day is your starting possition. Then your first weeks loss is the same day (whatever that is for you) one week later.

(We can't make it any more complicated than that because Shala is a thickie and she'll scribble all over the chart in temper and we'll never know where we are :shhh:)

So the first people to post a loss should be this Saturday then.

    Fire Ember ~ I've PM'd you xxxxxxx

Shala & Mildredd ~ Great plan of ours not to accept Fire Ember's 3.5lb loss this week. That would put her way out in the lead and I'm not having that! ;)

Mildredd, I think I have!! I've missed WI class this morning (on purpose) :o but I'm feeling very determined to kick this weight off me - lets see how long it'll last!

Got a meal out tonight, but not concerned it'll be too bad, plus it'll be my last flexi syn for at least 7 days ;)

I'm a tiny bit scared, lol.....

*Size 16 for Christmas Cracker Challenge*

    B; missed it :o
L; bacon, egg, mushroom, tomato & veg sausages
D; eating out - will take a look at the online menu & decide before I go but will still have HEa/Heb & 15 syns at least & as I'm driving I'll stick to Diet Pepsi

It is difficult to have a set start date/starting weight for the challenge as we all have different WI days. When you think about it we're all challenging ourselves really and (of course) helping each other along the way. I can see that if you used your weight before Sunday as your starting point then any loss after Sunday should count. I'd hate us to have any sort of falling out over what counts and what doesn't:(. I think if we all let shala know results after 8 WIs (or fewer if you miss any like skint;)) then we'll be fine.:A

Have a lovely time this evening skint. You should be able to eat quite well as you won't be having any wine syns. Do let us know what's on the menu.

I did well yesterday considering everything. As my supper was messed about I did get hungry late evening but I had an apple with a few cubes of cheese so all day I just had a dessertspoon full of Branston pickle as syns.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: fruit seems the most likely option to get some SFs in
D: gammon, SW wedges, cauli/broccoli cheese
    Syns: cheese sauce

I've got a gammon joint in SC at the moment. I do enjoy it but what I'm really looking forward to is making the lentil soup afterwards.

Change of plan for lunch! Just realised DGD doesn't like baked beans so will be doing cheese on toast (HEA/HEB) instead; followed by fruit

So no Ryvita with cheese this evening  but will also save 3.5 syns on the butter:T.

Curry is made - just need to reheat it later and cook some rice.
