Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd stick my head in to try and catch up with all of your shenanigans!
Well done to all of those who have lost and sts!
Skint_Catt - hope you feel a bit better soon, maybe an early night will do ya good, I know that it works for me sometimes! Don't beat yourself up if you decide not to go to WI tomorrow, everyone needs a break sometimes and maybe it'd be a good time for you to have one. You never know though, you may feel better in the morning! Chin up!!
I'm excited for my first group tomorrow and getting properly started :j! Have done some recipe research (as much as I can not being a full member yet) and printed some off to try this week and written my shopping list! I'm going to go straight after group so it's all fresh in my mind and I'm all 'buzzy' about it.
Hello to any fellow newbies too :hello:

Last week must have been a good week - even with the daily biscuit (or two!).
I also sold 5 items from my online jewellery shop which is great - hope it's picking up with the Christmas shoppers as I need the money to pay the blinking fuel bills this winter! I'm a full-time carer for my partner (rather unexpectedly last year he developed a rare illness) so every little helps now neither of us have a job!
Hi Fire Ember
I have sent you a private message.

Heeeellllllooooo peeps :hello:
I am back from our overnight stay, didn't get blown away!!!! The food didn't go as we had planned, we went to the Toby Carvery next to the hotel as I thought it would be a fairly 'good' choice for food, I already planned not to have a yorkie and fill up on veg, but when we got there they said it would be an hour wait - s*d off!! So we went on a hunt to try and find something else and ended up with a Maccy D's and it wasn't even that nice
I won't go into what else I've eaten today, lets just say it's ALOT of syns, won't even bother counting but I feel empowered to say I will be back on plan tomorrow. It hasn't been a binge but a planned - life sometimes gets in the way - off plan couple of days.
I was good at my parents when we dropped the kids off yesterday, I chose the cottage pie instead of the lasagne, didn't have any of the lovely smelling cheesy garlic bread, picked coke instead of lemonade (which I would have preferred) as it was the one that was diet, didn't have many potato wedges but did have loads of carrots. I did have some of the cheesecake and sticky toffee pud, but it was the most tinyest spoonfuls ever, I could have eaten each bit in one spoonful but I managed to nibble tiny bits and made it last longer - yay me for exercising some self control :j:j
Cande and bluebelle - I'll add you to the challenge :j there's so many of us now!

Hi all,
I'm very pleased to report a week one challenge loss of a whopping 3lbs :j I'm so pleased! I managed a walk before group but my knee gave way as I was coming down the stairs from the church hall
I got my stone award at last!! Also passed my interim target.my next will be my ultimate target- which is 3 stone and 2.5 pounds away *gulp* and will be a total loss of 6.5 stone. However that's a long way yet! I've listed some of my clothes on EBay as an incentive to keep going and not linger on those size 20's!
I'm going to buy some size 18's on Thursday :j

I'm currently learning how to dialyse him at home which is really stressful and not what I expected to be doing at 43!! But I'll get used to it in time and it's a lot better than spending 15 hours a week at the hospital!
Just having my daily treat of Fox's Chocolate Fudge Crunch and a cuppa! Have only used 2 syns today up until now so I thought I deserved one!0 -
