This is the menu for tonight - think I might go for the fishcakes or the smothered chicken. Both quite naughty as I will eat most of the chips, but I don't really want a steak or salad (I had the salmon salad last time & it was yum, but passed the salad eating now!)
Just had a lovely big cooked brunch to make up for missing breakfast & keep me going until I get to the pub tonight0 -

You're quite short on the 1/3 superfree at breakfast & dinner - can you have more fruit or veg in your meatball sauce?

Hi All,
I would love to join in with the group, and, if possible with the challenge? I have my first WI tonight, joined last week and did the 12 week payment thingy (I am tight so I will go to every meeting since I have paid for them).
My daughter is getting married in June, in Portugal, so we will be out there for 2 weeks. it would be nice to feel slimmer and fit for the wedding, and more confident in a swimsuit for the time we are there.
Please put me down for 8lb's.
My downfalls are The 3 'C's, Cheese, crisps and cake!
On the plus side I love to cook and work from home, so usually have time during the day to get a meal prepared.
Oh and the Chicken katsu curry on the slimming world website, is definitely worth the effort, I'm pretty convinced the sins for the bread (if not a HEXB) are wrong if it serves 4, the amount of bread crumbs it makes is twice what is needed.0 -
Mmmm, the curry looks delicious. You could do it without the breadcrumbs too, and save the HE for something else.Trying to keep in budget.

Oh no, you didn't shala, it was just that I could see various conflicting posts on what counted and what didn't and I didn't want you caught in the middle!
