Just had a brilliant plan, as I don't like being left out, I'll join Mildredd and Catt in aiming for size 16 by Christmas, so as I'm now a size 12, I've got to go up 2 sizes, that means I can go and get that chocolate :T

    Brilliant!....

  • If I am struggling I take a hot bath, with some lavender bubbles and a good book. I generally feel better after and less likely to still want to eat carp!

I've just ordered the new John Grisham and the 'Bridget Jones' one, both in hard back which isn't particularly MSE, but I want them :)

I did think that it looked a bit light with the SF. Am going to properly plan out everything for the rest of the week to include a lot more. I will be snacking on fruits today I just wanted to make sure it's all 'right' in my mind before I properly meal planned for the rest of the week, but wanted to be on plan for today - that makes total sense in my head but now it's written down I don't know if it does :o

I love that there are so many people here who don't mind giving your menu a once over :D makes it a lot easier I think so thank you!!

I think, next to meal planning, eating superfrees is the most important message on SW. You need a third of your meals to be SF but if you can manage more then that's even better. Personally I prefer veg to fruit, mainly through laziness. If only I had someone to peel grapes for me....:rotfl:
I will syn the sugar from my hot drinks (can't stand sweeteners of any form :(, including in diet drinks so another good reason to drink less tea and coffee).

I won't eat before WI tonight, and then after it will be quite late, so I intend to have a little treat of chorizo, red onion and cheese on toast for my supper. Its quite good that the meeting is late, less time to treat myself :rotfl:

Enjoy your supper. I have NAS Ribena too as it's about the least sweet squash I can find. I have a large glass for breakfast (would prefer juice but won't waste syns) and then have it hot later in the day to save a bit of HEA for cheese.

lindens, do you eat eggs? They can be very filling and if you haven't time in the morning you could hard boil them the night before. Try cooking half syn sausages (again lovely cold) and snacking in those instead of ham. Then, sorry if it's boring, but make a frittata. Full of SF veg, potatoes and meat if you want it and I tend to put part of a HEA of cheese on top too.

mildredd, not sure where you're going Christmas shopping. Fine if you want to go to the pub or wherever for lunch then enjoy it! ;)If you'd like to stick to SW I can thoroughly recommend Pret a Manger's tuna nicoise salad. The dressing comes separately so you can just add a dribble, otherwise syn free. Or there should be a JP place you can find somewhere. We have a Caf! Giardino in our shopping mall and (although more expensive than spud u like) they do jackets and I chose the tuna and onion filling rather than tuna mayo. Failing that just go into M&S, buy cooked meat and graze on it!

Question: I was reading in the magazine that peppers in brine are a good stand by. Anyone buy those? Where? I've only had the delicious antipasti ones in oil.

Keep your nose out of that treat cupboard frogga. Please.:)
