Does anyone else's consultant send really annoying texts :@

Woooo cracker challenge bring it on :) ill be starting on Monday as that's when I weigh in :)
I am sadly über competitive and love a challenge - the autumn one really focused me (even if I did have a 0.5lb loss and I don't know why it wasnt like the other weeks same with the 5lb loss :( )

    Today's menu
Breakfast - missed I was having a lie in and then getting us ready
Lunch - savoury rice - pepper and spring onion grapes
Dinner - pasta chicken red onion sweet corn pepper mayo (2syns)
    Grapes and an apple

No hexs at all today yet duh and only had 2 syns bit light on the super free might have to snaffle some more fruit before a choc treat

I've never done sw before but based on reading this forum and other places I have decided on the it has to be manageable long term approach? So I have treats of choc I have adapted my recipes for sw friendly, I do have synned roasties etc so far its working for me so ill stick at it.

Catt - my dd lies down and tantrums if I say no to tv when she demands it or screams and points at my treat cupboard yeah no chance little lady! Pft kids xxx (I was ttc for nearly 2 years with dd - the ttc thread was useful back then but then there was a big arguement on there and I left)

There is a core of lovely ladies who's posts on here motivate and encourage me to keep on the wagon when I'm feeling poo, hopefully you know who you are and ill be forever grateful that you post here xxx

Have menu planned for the next week - need to up the super frees though - should probably try that frozen fruit tomorrow xxx
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb

From what I can see on sw on line, there are no wraps as HEX at all, which is a real pity as I prefer them to bread. Sorry Mrs R.

PS Shala, thank you so much for doing this again, great table! I bow at your feet in respect of just knowing how to do that!! I will weigh in on Mondays.

Ive been trying to stick strictly to 10 syns and my popcorn would push me to 15.5 which is too many :( I don't think I could cope with another gain - I cried for hours last week!!! I'll have an apple instead. Thanks though Beanie :) x the wraps weren't even that nice - they tasted like cardboard!!

Well on a serious note, as a former boozer who went through trying to ration myself, cutting down, only having it on holidays etc my life became like a constant Groundhog Day. Drinking every night, unable to stop once I'd started, full of self hate the next morning, I eventually did come to realise there was only one thing for it - I would not be able to have another drink.

If you really do think you have an addiction Frogga (and there is some interesting stuff written seriously about addiction to white sugar) then torturing yourself may be something you need to stop doing. If you were told the next chocolate you ate would kill you because you had developed an allergy to it, you would get on with your life, minus the chocolate.

Sorry, didn't mean to lecture but when I read your post and how many times you had lost that weight, and the way you feel about chocolate, I felt some similarity between that and my boozing.

Thanks for your Post Inazuma

I have seriously often said I felt like an alcoholic or drug addict and maybe should treat food in the same way. I really don't know what the answer is. Thank god I've never drank or done drugs as I would defo have got addicted.

I don't think I am addicted to food really though? I'm just a bit of a greedy frog/pig. Do I really want to spend the rest of my life never eating anything chocolatey again? Can I really not control myself? It sounds a bit pathetic to say that doesn't it?

It may all go belly up again, and I would not be suprised to find myself at 20st again, but at the moment just having a little is working. I don't want to be beaten by it. I want to win this fight. And people like you really really help, so thank you :kisses3:
