Evening
a quick food diary
B HM curry leftovers (spiced rice, HM bombay potatoes HEXB olive oil, HM Onion Bhajees made with nut roast sachet 10 sins, tikka massala and balti with HEXB chicken and olive oil - reckon nearly 20 sins again....but soooooo nom nom nom)
L Lemon couscous, I boiled egg
D 3 teacups of Dyno Rod Soup (did very well considering the Young Skints had Mr I £1 Pizza tonight) hurrah I found a use for my adzuki beans that have been cluttering my cupboards forever and a day
Hmmm, so glad I checked I have some HEXA's spare and I have some cheese calling my name in the fridge, so I may have to go and declutter some of that
Looking forward to tomorrow and see what happensThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
Woohoo another 3.5lbs off this week - 7 in total. I got a sticker as a reward for my efforts :T
Does anyone know where I can get the syns values for marinade? hadn't thought about that before so am probably eating more syns that I realise:eek:0 -
Quick question
Is ready cooked chicken syn free if I take the skin off? The ready roast drumsticks would make an easy lunch to buy if I dont have time to make anything
Hi h007, just be careful with these as it's been said in my class that the rotisserie chickens are injected with oil to keep them moist while they're kept in the heat behind the counter. No idea if this is true and if so whether every shop does it (Asda was mentioned in class), also don't know if pre-packed cold cooked chicken was included but worth keeping in mind just in case.2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Mine go a bit loopy when they need a new battery.
And of course mechanical ones can happily take on a life of their own
I sincerely hope so, I may well just change the battery, can't go to the scales in boots as I weigh myself naked a home, dont think that would go down to well in store :rotfl:jungle_jane wrote: »Woohoo another 3.5lbs off this week - 7 in total. I got a sticker as a reward for my efforts :T

Thanks for that, I was in a rush this morning so have no lunch with me and will be going to marks. will have a look on the chicken packet and see if it mentions any extras.

Wouldn't have bothered me so much before because at least I would have eaten what she didnt, but now I can't & it's just wasteful (I know I didnt 'need' it either, but seems less wasteful somehow!)
Going out this afternoon so hopefully away from temptation, but at a loss as to what to cook for her dinner :wall:
Have run out of food diaries & so losing track of what I've eaten. Having a green day today as just not in the mood for salad for lunch! Breakfast was pudding rice & yoghurt, lunch is savoury rice & dinner is spinach & cottage cheese stuffed cannelloni with salad. Had few too many treats yesterday after WI, so no syns for me today - I HAVE to lose 2lbs this week to get my stone otherwise I'll be devestated
i just write my food in my actual diaryyou might still be able to pick up 2013 diary dead cheap

maybe that's why both hubby & I have been ill after eating Asda chickens & think they have a wierd taste? :eek:when life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

Well, my eating is back on track but I haven't weighed myself in yonks. Stress is bountiful at the moment, esp at work - where apparently I'm the only person who can fill out forms or file anything ..... teamwork??!! It REALLY peed me off yesterday when I went thru a PILE of stuff needing filing (I've been off sick & AL) & found so much stuff that should have already been actioned, plus the boss had brought more in that day, plus she had already tasked me a ship load of stuff ... and arghhh... oh and the final 'lets pee me right off' moment was when the agency staff (who had never been before) turned up at 23.30hrs (which to give him his due IS the start time of the night shift) but of course he had never been before so I had to do an induction on him - which meant I left an hour late!!!
Luckily I hadn't had my HEB so had 2 alpen light bars when I came in while I read emails and relaxed before bed. Alas it was a poop night sleep & I feel knackered
So not all bad - I'm sticking to it. I could have blipped but I didn'tso that's a good thing
Plus I've got weekend off. Hubby hasn't so I am on lonesome so lots of beading & tvwhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

well i went to marks and it was so packed i got abit stressed and grabbed the nearest salady looking thing.
opps - sweet chilli chicken noodle salad = 9syns!!- is really really nice though
so todays food;
b- cappucino with skimmed milk (hea), frusli bar (6)
l - sweet chilli chicken noodles (9), grapes, pineapple and melon pot
d - bacon, egg, beans, tomatoes, 1 wholemeal toast (heb)
s - clementines0 -
Fed up again today - what's up with me?! Really don't fancy anything salady, so again gone for a green day - just had a big breakfast style comfort lunch while DD napping. Didn't have any breakfast & got leftover risotto for dinner, so not many superfree in my body today
Heatwave starting today & I've got so little to wear it's probably what's making me fed up. Got a pair of denim shorts which I love, but now they're all sold out so can't buy another pair & none of my vesty tops fit me so I'm going to have to swelter in 30deg next weekDon't really want to buy anything (even cheap) as I don't have the money, plus hopefully it'll be too big for me by the end of the summer.
Someone give me a kick up the !!!! please?! lol
What does the speed soup taste like? What's in it? Never got enough courage to eat my own soup, but I like the idea of this.
