Well done on the losses :)

Have a horrible sore throat and can't talk.. Don't feel like eating so far.. will try some soup later, hopefully will manage that, my morning cup of coffee was hard work! :)

Well done to all the losses!! I did join this thread 6 weeks ago when I started my weight loss journey, but due to a newborn baby I have found it difficult to post very often but I do read for inspiration and ideas still :)

Glad to report I have now lost 12 pounds over 6 weeks so it is slowly moving :D Next weigh in on Saturday. Still finding it difficult to be overly strict with a baby still feeding twice a night and 3 other children, but at least I am losing and not getting fatter :D

I have a jar and am putting in a pound coin for every pound I lose - hopefully it will go towards my new wardrobe fund when I need to start replacing stuff! Think that may be a while yet though :rotfl: I have also took a photo of myself and stuck it on the fridge and everytime I am tempted to cheat - one look at that and I change my mind! :rotfl:

Like the button syn jar thing - may try that :D

Going back to lurking and reading now - good luck everyone and keep up the good work :T

snacks -- mugshot, melon, grapes, oranges, jelly, yog and lots more water!!
hea--1/2 in coffee and half for cheese
    heb--ryvita

Does this sound ok? All comments more than welcome:)

A complete change of plan! Was going to be a Green day but wasn't really sure when I start out so kept it neutral for breakfast with a mushroom omlette.

Decided to make it a Red day as I didn't really have anything I fancied for a Green day for lunch. Decided to have some crabsticks & salad.

For dinner to night I'm having LO roast lamb, wedges (HEB) & beans (HEB)

    HEA will be milk.

Had some Taboule for 4 syns. Might have a lolly later for another 4 syns.

Well done to all who have had a loss :j
I've discovered Wagon Wheelies. Mini Wagon Wheels. 4 syns each. They're in a pack of 10 though, so if you can just stick to your daily syn allowance (which I couldn't :naughty:) you'll be fine :D

    hello all
im starting at a meeting at slimming world tonight at 530. a little scared as im going on my own. ive done slimming world before - a little unsucsessfully because i cheated - online. i need a meeting to keep me going. ive got a stone to loose. no clothes fit and i feel really uncomfy. i lost 2.5 stone on ww about 2.5 years ago and ive put a stone of that back on. i think its cheaper and better for me to pay for meetings than replace my wardrobe. will check in after the meeting.
