Opps I just got back from zizzi and I wasnt as good as I wanted to be.

Starter I shared tghe veggie antipasti platter. Which had olives (1), peppers, artichoke, aubergine, sundried tomatoes(?) and mozzarella (hea). There was some oil so that was my heb too. But the naughty bit was the dough sticks that come with it. I assume they are roughly the same syns as a dough ball so thats 2x2.5

Main I had spag bol which according to the sw website is 7.5
And dessert I had 3 scoops strawberry sorbet so 3x2.5.

Oh well could of been a lot worse

Yesterdays food was as restrained a birthday as I have ever had and I had some real shocks when I tried to "cheat as a treat".....

    Milk as HEA

    B - branflakes HEB

L - scrambled eggs and spag hoops

T - meat from kebab shop, no pitta, no chips

    Other stuff:-

Big soft ice-cream at the seaside (left cone)

3/4 slice of w/meal toast and butter

2 wotsits (no, not 2 packets)!! :rotfl:

(usually love them, didnt enjoy them like I used to)

Broke a Picnic (kept in fridge) in 1/2.....had a nibble of the end......

Okay, but nothing special so didnt have any more

    1/2 syn strawberry roulade

1 crispbread with scrape of butter

Today I am back on plan and looking forward to more fruit and veg and dont have the urge for more wotsits or Picnic.

Which is very odd but GREAT!! :A

Really can't decide what to eat for lunch today! Have decided on a green day.

Have decided on mushroom omlette for breakfast but that's as far as I've got.

For dinner tonight I'm having LO roast lamb (HEB), wedges & beans.

But absolutely no idea what to have for lunch!

Another one I've seen on pinterest is 2 glass jars, 1 filled with as many glass pebbles/buttons etc as you have pounds to lose. Just move over the pebbles after you lose every lb - want to do this as seeing it in the kitchen might keep me motivated long term - where can I get 91 glass pebbles cheaply :rotfl:

I might do the pebble thing, but as I live near the beach I will take my DS with me and take my time to choose that weeks pebble or hopefully pebbles :j or shells for the jar...then I will have happy memories associated with each one, added incentive not to put it back on again :D

Food diary for today so far

F: 1pint of water, 1 fennel & nettle tea with stevia, 1 green tea with peach blossom with stevia, 1 apple & cinnamon with stevia

B: leftover long grain rice, 1 x HEXA Milk, lemon flavouring, a small punnet of blueberries and half a punnet of blackberries

Been up since 4:eek:, so made use of time, got some ready cooked free food for today to fall into "face first" :rotfl:at the first sniff of trouble :

fusilli pasta, 5 boiled eggs, lemon flavoured couscous

I have some cooked chicken in the fridge, so it may be HM curry tonight with chicken as a HEXB with plenty of rice, bombay potatoes and chana massalla made with half chickpeas and half adzuki beans....The adzuki beans have been in my cupboard far too long

Have a good day everyone and keeeeeeeep counting :)

I've done this two glasses sat on the mantle piece, it does keep me motivated seeing one empty and the other start to fill up! Kids had lots of gem stones so I used them.

I like the syns/buttons idea too might try that one.

Well done that's a great loss. I do that too, have a lot of 'treats' on WI night, doesn't seem to do any harm as long as I get straight back to SW eating the next day.

Yay! Lost 2.5lbs this morning - really chuffed with that! Means I've just got 2lbs to do this week to get my 1 stone award!! Going to stick to those 10 syns a day religiously ;) Seems to work for me rather than 15 one day & none the next type thing.

Got so much to do today, but my hearts not in any of it. Maybe when the dishwasher has finished & needs emptying it might spur me on, lol.

One day at a time peeps ;)

    C xx
