    Day 6

    Milk for tea HEA

B - Bran flakes (HEB) ff yog

L - scrambled eggs and spag hoops

T - OH and I are planning on sharing a small Chinese takeaway, rice, chicken in black bean and beef and mushroom.......according to food optimising book (unless its been updated) that should total around 20 syns, so 10 each.

Met with a friend in local coffee shop and sat surrounded by cakes, muffins and toasted sarinies and didnt weaken, just had tea......woohoo!! Very pleased with myself for that :T

Been having an experiement with some SW stuff I found online, so snacks have been tasting stuff as I made it so....

Tuna pasta mayo (with ff fromage frais and another with FF yoghurt) - both delicious!!

And with SW marie-rose sauce......horrible!!

Also boiled pudding rice in water and splenda and added ff yogs........delicious!!

And I dont even LIKE rice pudding type things :rotfl:

I am planning on having that was brekkie tomoz, therefore saving my usual HEB for brekkie, and allowing me to have crispbreads later in the day as my HEB.

No idea why, but I am craving crispbreads!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend and enjoying the sunny day.......wish it had been like this last week when my DD wa getting married and we were standing outside the Abbey in freezing cold winds!

    Evening all

Had a good day today, probably because I was at home and had time to cook.

    B-wholemeal bread and dairylea (hea&b)
L -'fry up' bacon, eggs and tomotoes. (1 syn for filippo berio oil spray)
D -risotto with bacon, mushrooms, leeks and shallot (1syn oil spray)
S- mini fruit ice lolly 1.5 syns, strawberries, 3 satsumas

I know i could use frylight for free but I dont like that it has so many ingredients other than oil. The filipo berio oil spray is half a syn for 7 squirts which I dont mind
  • Reporting back in....took forever to get going properly yesterday...DD3 did cook a great big tray of jackets, so I had 4 little ones with 2 HEXB's

DD1 wanted something "saucy", so made a big pan of SW Greek Cypriot Stifado, but I only had a small piece of stewing steak so bulked it out with a small punnet of Jersey Royals and half a punnet of mushrooms.....served on a bed of boiled rice

I had two 12.5g HM cake pops with no cake coverings or anything....haven't sinned the recipe yet but can't imagine I ended up with more than 20 sins yesterday.

    Here is todays diary

B leftover long-grain rice with HEXA milk, ground cinnamon, sweetener, lemon flavouring

    S one muffin 15/20 sins?

L innards of whoopsied shop bought quiche (with pastry lobbed in compost :j:j:j)

    S 7 green olives HEXB

D half a head of lettuce with shop bought new potatoes in mustard dressing (it was quite wet, unable to measure liquid quantity....I reckon at least 15 sins worth of dressing :( )

F 3 pints of water, tea with HEXA and herbal teas

Feeling thirsty so may have water and some more rice before turning in....

no insanity today as I have done SERIOUS amounts of window washing against the clock today, so thats my Body Magic accounted for......I need to get at least 7 hours sleep before I push through on Insanity so I will need to turn in shortly

    night night
The cold never bothered me anyway

I've been very good today. Fruit and yogurt (free) for breakfast.
Dinner was bacon, SW chips, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs cooked in fry light.
Supper was SW bananas and custard. Sliced bananas with warmed up vanilla Mullerlight. Quite nice actually.
No syns or HE today to make up for my late night cereal scoffing last night :o
