    Morning All

Just a quick post, we have auditor in at work & he will be shadowing me over the next 2 days . Well scales showed a 2.5lb gain . Never, EVER in all the time I have done SW have I had a gain like that, 1lb at the most, DH said he had put on 3lb as well (he stays the same weight all the time no matter what he eats) I am not making excuses but I did not binge or overeat, was out for dinner Sat & Sunday but not enough to show that on the scales, trousers are not any tighter & I actually thought my tummy was flatter. I am absolutely disgusted this morning. :o:(

    EE Plan today

    B - Strawberries, melon, pineapple
    L - SW Quiche (a), salad, (1 syn for mayo)Strawberries, melon, pineapple
D - Potatoes, mince (2 syns for gravy), broccoli, cauliflower

Syns - 2 for 200ml skimmed milk in coffee (measured out!)
    HEB - 2 x Benefit bars

    Having a Green day today:

B - sautee potatoes, egg, mushrooms & baked beans
L - cheese & pickle in large bun
D - Sweet chilli Quorn chicken pieces with rice

    HEA1 - milk.
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB x 2 - large bun
Syns - Sweet chilli sauce (1.5); fruit split lolly (4) mustard pickle (5)

Lunch changed from spicy beanburger in bun to cheese & pickle in bun as beanburger mixture too soft to use. Hopefully will firm up in fridge and I can make tomorrow!

OK so I've gone over my syns for 2 days. Back on plan for me today, and hopefully I'll get my 2lb loss on Monday for my half stone.

Mini shredded wheat and 1% milk for breakfast, Diet Coke chicken for lunch (last night's leftovers).
Not sure what I'll have for tea. Maybe ham egg and chips (plus super free)

Really annoyed today (toddler being fussy eater & wasting so much food  ) & so tempted to comfort eat. Wouldn't have bothered me so much before because at least I would have eaten what she didnt, but now I can't & it's just wasteful (I know I didnt 'need' it either, but seems less wasteful somehow!)

Going out this afternoon so hopefully away from temptation, but at a loss as to what to cook for her dinner :wall:

Have run out of food diaries & so losing track of what I've eaten. Having a green day today as just not in the mood for salad for lunch! Breakfast was pudding rice & yoghurt, lunch is savoury rice & dinner is spinach & cottage cheese stuffed cannelloni with salad. Had few too many treats yesterday after WI, so no syns for me today - I HAVE to lose 2lbs this week to get my stone otherwise I'll be devestated :(

Skint-Catt - I use the on-line food diary as I find it much easier than paper ones. Could you do that or are you doing SW yourself so no access to the website?

Also don't put so much pressure on yourself - after all, a loss however small is still a loss.

    hello all
im starting at a meeting at slimming world tonight at 530. a little scared as im going on my own. ive done slimming world before - a little unsucsessfully because i cheated - online. i need a meeting to keep me going. ive got a stone to loose. no clothes fit and i feel really uncomfy. i lost 2.5 stone on ww about 2.5 years ago and ive put a stone of that back on. i think its cheaper and better for me to pay for meetings than replace my wardrobe. will check in after the meeting.
    Hi Wuvvies
You will be fine, I started going to SW last week on my own and it was all very friendly

1st weigh in tonight - wish me luck!!

If you and hubby are both up 2.5/3 lbs for no good reason (and you arent feeling bigger) then maybe its your scales that have gone haywire?

Mine go a bit loopy when they need a new battery.

And of course mechanical ones can happily take on a life of their own ;)

Thanks, I do have access to the online food diary, but I just don't like it - plus then I have to keep the lappy on all day as I need to keep looking at it. Will just have to get a notepad until next week!

I go to SW on my own - you easily get chatting to people over the first few weeks & learn peoples names through the body image part of the meeting.

    Quick question

Is ready cooked chicken syn free if I take the skin off? The ready roast drumsticks would make an easy lunch to buy if I dont have time to make anything

They're free as long as they are the plain ones and not been marinated in BBQ sauce or something similar and with the skin removed.
