Thanks Maman for the cheese info. So I'll stick to the list for my HEAs in the future.

I rather like the idea of being a christmas cracker!

    Hi..

Can any of the maintainers help me with a question - what's the longest you can leave going to class before you get kicked out when maintaining? OH is at target but hasn't been to class for 5-6 weeks - will he still be a member?

I make a lot of cakes (for others, not me) so I see how much fat and sugar goes into them, it's actually disgusting  if I make biscuits now I tend to mix a banana with some oats and add my flavourings to that, at least I know it's relatively healthy if still a lot of calories!

Mrs Ryan ~ you are I are in the same boat, I had a prpoer binge last night as I was celebrating my having done so well on the challenge. I had thought about not posting what I'd eaten, but I think it will help me to see just how much it was, and it may help you?

    5 Chocolate Chip Cookies
    A Snickers Flapjack
2 slices of bread while waiting for
2 slices of toast to cook (both with butter and jam)
    A honeycomb Club
    A Curly Wirly
    A White Chocolate Ghost
    A Milky Way
    Another Snickers Flapjack
    A Mince Pie
    A Dime Bar

I think that was it? And it took me half an hour. But, it's over and done with. It's what I do today that counts, and for the next week, and then for the Christmas Challenge.

    So here is the Line
