I'm still on track. Came home early as had such a horrid day. Was treated like an absolute pile of poo by a 12 year old who I only met this morning. I can't repeat what he did or what was said, but it really makes me worry for the future when children behave in a certain way and it's accepted.

BUT... I will not allow it to make me fall off the wagon again today. I've been ok so far. I WILL BE GOOD.

Thanks very very much to all those who supported my posting of the binge contents. I'm sure many of you were sickened. But I know many more of you have done it, or worse, and that really helps :A

frogga - I really don't know how they are allowed to get away with speaking to people like that - it makes me so mad  - like you say, it does make you worry about the future and you are a saint :A for putting up with it.

I am glad you are still feeling positive and yes, you will be good - I know it :T - you are a frog on a mission (or on the wagon).

Thanks Becks, will try that out after I go shopping.

Does anyone use My Supermarket for their shopping lists/online shopping? I just looked up 'cheese' and the picture for Ricotta came up as a necklace? Random & Bizarre!

Also looked at the price of gelatine (Asda) & it's gone from 58p to 85p in 9 months - ok, so it won't break the bank but if everything plus heating costs go up by that much we'll be sitting in the dark, not eating (getting thinner!) but still on MSE :rotfl:

Just my rant for today! :D

Shouldn't have chosen WI day to be 100%, I've fallen off the waggon - ate 2 pieces of leftover birthday cake 'just to get rid of it' :o Other than that though, I'm spot on :rotfl:

    C xx
  • Frogga - don't think anyone was sickened by your binge, I know I have done similar, you are not the first and you won't be the last. Sorry to hear you had such a bad day at work and good for you for staying on track.

Please can I take part in the Christmas cracker challenge and I am going to go for 6lbs.

Thanks Sukey and Tracey and Beanie , I would love to tell you all what was said but it would be totally unprofessional. I was SO polite to him, even while he was being really rude. I asked him question, really nicely, then I asked it in a differnet way and he said "ok calm down dear" and I wasn't even being slightly rude or agressive in my asking but when you're told to calm down it makes you really cross  then I wanted to hit him! But I just smiled sweetly and asked it again. It was the filthy looks and the gestures that make you look like an idiot when you repeat them. I had to tell my boss in what way he was rude and it was really difficult. I sounded like a child "well, he looked at me funny..." ;)

Argued with OH last night and was so annoyed I turned to chocolate - the only problem was I'd given it to him to keep for me, so could hardly ask him where it was!

I know the idea was to stop me bingeing on it, but that wasn't exactly what I had in mind!

Morning everyone and have a good day.

    E

This is the sort of thing i'd do.. brilliant:rotfl:

The best thing about it shala_moo, is this thread! I was able to portray my feelings/problem of craving on here, which made me feel better. Also once it was down in black and white then and I had support from others, i was able to get through it :)
    I love this thread

I agree, I only put my temptation on here because I knew it would stop me having a sneaky cake, knowing I would have to justify myself later.. I had the same dilemma again today (with cakes and biscuits) but I felt strong enough to get through it today.. well maybe I had a treat size fudge - 3 syns:o

Tracey - added you to the list x
