Frogga I personally am impressed by your binge - if your gonna do it do it with style and that lady frog is uber stylish
Urgh rude children - that I don't miss at all. It's the filthy looks they give that make it worse I think for behaviour sheets I've used the term 'aggressive/hostile body language'
I have read back but can't remember who said what
Catt - that gain from the last few weeks I'd take happily
Today's food
Breakfast - apple and grapes - nas squash
Lunch - a batchelors high veg pasta n sauce - pickled onions - more grapes
Dinner - sw mushy pea curry, rice, sw chips, loads of fried onions - pineapple in a bit
Hex a - milk in a hm milky coffee (sugar 1 syn)
Hex b - ryvita minis
Other syns - mainly sugar goddamn ex got me in the habit of adding sugar to anything tomato based to enrich the flavour and to fried onions to make them sticky :@
Still got some syns for a treat while watching bake off though
Will be back once I've watched bake off
Question - syns in meals or syns on treats is there a right way? I'm a syns for treats person n don't like synning meals but then I'm eating more choc than before well smaller quantities but more often instead of a family bag of maltesers or revels ...Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb
New Year New You Challenge - /6lb0 -

I like these discussions...
I'm all for treats, I feel like I've wasted syns if I have them as part of a meal as they just "disappear", also if you choose not to have a treat then you haven't used up your syns and can save them for another day (if that way inclined)
JPP - lowest syn alcohol is the clear stuff i.e. vodka (2.5) or gin (2.5) or if you're a whisky drinker it's about 4 syns - that's for one proper measure though not a double or triple. :rotfl:Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

So hoping to have lost 1.5 this week. This will take me to the mystery number I plucked from the air when I eventually had to give in and have a target. So far I've lost 3 st 10 lbs. I had no concept what this target would mean.... I still can't get used to this new me size. I'm a size 12. Or a 10 if I buy Mand S trousers!!!, which is a lot diff from the size 18 - 20 I started at. But in my head I don't really see me as me .... Confused.... When I make this target I will have a good think about where to go then..... Anyone else know these feelings? I've also found this last 3 lbs so hard and wonder if it's coz I'm not really ready to be at target/ finished? Thanks love this chat on here.2014 reach my best.0

been a good day
I won 2 tickets to see the Circus visiting Wisbech from The Cats Pyjamas Emporium - Wisbech. As I am working lates all this week, I'm giving them to my mom & dad who haven't been to the circus for yonks
Then I won on the raffle at PHAB club tonight & got a lovely halloween bat mug with goodies inside it
And I got email to say that another bracelet has sold at Pramoda Gifts
So oodles of good news todaywhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

Frogga, well done you for being honest and posting about your binge! I think that is one of the great things about this thread. You can come on here be yourself, be honest and get support and motivate others. Its a truly inspiring place and something that has become part of my life. It definitely helps me stay on track talking to likeminded people!
My binges or binge wish list generally consist of all savoury foods such as Chinese, Chippy, Bread, Cheese & Crisps!!
I'm out this Saturday night for a Chinese and drinks so if the thought of having that will hopefully keep me on track until then!
JPP - Choose your alcohol wisely, you should have something you like :T But maybe there is a lower syn alternative or something lower in syns that you would prefer - you never know.
When I joined SW I switched from wine to Gin & Slimline tonic. Pre SW I was drinking 3 - 4 bottles of wine a week. Since I started I think I've had 3 bottles from April:j
I still drink every weekend and have managed a great loss so far! So it can be done :T0 -
Doink - just been looking at Pramoda Gifts FB page - that's my kind of shop - I could spend a fortune there (if I was working!) well done on selling another bracelet. I'd like to start up my own 'business' but I'm not crafty or arty at all & have no good ideas
Can't decide what to have for breakfast....maybe I'll do egg, bacon, baked beans & grilled tomato in a bit
